    Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the lake seeing ten to fifteen miles of water views of lake Winnipesaukee, trails and slopes from several rooms of this home. If your an early riser you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the glass paneled deck overlooking the lake ,mountain views as far as your eye can see and at night you can watch some amazing sunsets from the balcony on the other side of the house.If your into star gazing the stars are unbelievable.Guests can cook in, out on the grill or out on the town at a number of local eating establishments. The home sleeps 8 adults comfortably with three bedrooms with queen beds. The living room and common areas are furnished with comfortable leather sofas, chairs, with a table, end tables and a television for the guests viewing pleasure.The glass railed deck has a fire pit and chairs for guests to sit and take in the breathtaking view after boating, swimming, sailing, hiking, running, skiing, sightseeing or shopping. A short ride away from Gunstock Mountain with year round activities and Gilford beach for fun at the lake. There's something for everyone!

We loved our stay! The home has an amazing view of the lake — it’s the kind of view you can enjoy for hours. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the deck chairs were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever used — perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery.The fire pit was a great bonus and made for cozy evenings by the lake. The location couldn’t have been better — peaceful, beautiful, and close to everything we needed. The host was very nice, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made our stay even more enjoyable.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily come back again!

Great Lake Winnipeasaukee House

FABULOUS property for our family of 5 - plenty of space for everyone without being on top of each other constantly. Easy access to many different attractions, restaurants, etc. Absolutely beautiful sunrises from the deck. And of course, as many have said, Sean is wonderful with communication and making sure the trip is great.

Fantastic property, great location, million dollar views, deck with top end seating & fire table, pool room and adjoining tv/entertainment room. There are 3 good size bedrooms along with a great kitchen, dining area & living room with comfortable seating and a large smart tv. Check in and departure were seamless. Highly recommend.

Fantastic property. Even if it didn't have one of the best views in NH, it would have been perfect for the 8 of us. Clean, well maintained and all you need for a relaxing vacation. Great central location for all the lake has to offer

Great home, with amazing views of the lake. Close to Gunstock and plenty of room for everyone. Sean, the owner was very easy to reach and the house had everything you would need for a get away.

Gorgeous location and home

This home is easily one of the best vacation rentals my family has stayed in, and we’ve stayed in quite a few. The views are spectacular and the home is spotless, with comfortable furniture in good condition. It’s easy to tell the owner cares about the house. We will absolutely be back!

Great stay

Very clean and as advertised, the weather didn't cooperate but I can imagine the views are stellar from the little we saw. Great proximity to Gunstock and the pool table was a fun touch. Thanks Sean!

Perfect Location

Our group had a wonderful stay in Gilford. The house was clean and comfortable with amazing views from both decks. The house was perfect for three couples. Sean was easy to deal with, great with communication, and stopped by to make sure everything was okay. We hope to make a return visit soon!

Summer Vacation

This house met and exceeded our expectations! As most others have noted, Sean is a gracious host and the views are absolutely spectacular. In addition, the house is ideally located. There are nearby beaches, hiking trails, several mini golf courses, a movie theatre for rainy days, an outlet center and good local restaurants. I would definitely recommend renting this house!

Vacation Spot with a view

This was our second year staying at the Gilford spot for Thanksgiving. Once again, very impressive property. The view alone made it very pleasant. My family and I enjoyed the three days we were there. A very comfortable and relaxing location. Additionally, we played plenty of pool!! I would recommend this propoerty for anyone looking to get away.

Unbeatable View

We've stayed in a lot of rentals over the last few years. This house was the cleanest one. It's well organized, equipped and set up. The view of the sunrise is amazing!

Great location, great host

Sean was great to deal with from beginning to end. Provided great detail in a quick and concise manner. Property is 5 minutes to Gunstock and the views alone are worth the stay. We’ll be back for sure.
