"We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, clean, had everything you needed and was in a great location. We enjoyed walking across the street to the lake and up the hill to go the concert next door. We were also a short drive from Weirs Beach. We had great communication and hope to stay there again."

"From the moment we entered the room smelled horrible. Even after spraying the room with disinfectant it still smelled entering each time. We had to open the sliding glass door to air out the room every time. The curtain appeared to have mold on it.The coffee table was not clean. We needed to clean it upon arrival. "Well sorted house 3 minutes from gunstock. 3 bedrooms make it easy to vacation with 3 generations. The driveway is certainly steep and eager to form ice. I put down about 3 bags of salt to solve the issue. I recommend you do the same. AWD and winter tires highly recommended."

"We had a fantastic stay at the lincoln cottage. The house was very comfortable, with the most incredible porch and view. Close to everthing too, from restaurants to shopping, to a great farmer's market we went to every day. We would definitely stay here again."

"We were in town for a week long youth ski racing event and selected this property based on the proximity to Gunstock (7-8min drive), pictures of the property and reviews. The host was helpful, welcoming and responsive. The home was well-kept, spacious and comfortable for our family. Bonus- my kids LOVED the tree house in the yard. We would definitely return if in the area again!"

"Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay."

"If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, tidy cottage on a perfect lake, this spot checks all of the boxes. This place has all the basics you need for making great food, playing table games, reading and relaxing outside, and talking by a campfire. An incredible home base for any exploration of the White Mountains. Next time, I would rent a kayak or two just to enjoy more of Lake Ossippe's splendor. This is the place for making memories. "

"We loved the property. The house was clean and better than expected. My 90 year old dad who is a carpenter could not stop taking about all the woodwork. The weather was awful but we were able to go the the lake. Must be great in warmer weather"
