In this case, there are some newer things (couch, rugs, TV) juxtaposed with some older things (beds, general condition). Several of the rooms have light switches across the room from the entrance, so you have to walk through a dark room before you turn the light on or after you turn it off. "Buyer beware. Host assured 100% refund of 1 night of stay well prior to arrival but after several asks, gave only partial. Finally did refund only to remove it immediately and then stop communicating. At booking, the listing set up automatic late check out charge of 25. Unclear directions on how to enter the property. Repeatedly gave 2 different check out times throughout stay. Just frustrating. . . "

"We love the hot tub, pool and sauna. The breakfast is great with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and tator tots. Friendly and helpful staff. We have been on the ski chair ride to see the fall colors in the past and it was fun. A nice place to take a short walk, with a pond and views of the ski hills. We go here every year when visisting my mother and always look forward to staying here."
