"I loved my stay here, when you book this place make sure to check out the nearby Dwarf Car Museum, it's my favorite place to take my nieces and nephews when I visit them! This retreat was so quiet, affordable, and relaxing even traveling as a single woman. You'll want to have a vehicle to get into town, but it's totally worth it!"

"This is a unique lofted duplex in the middle of the Sonoran desert. We loved the solitude and beautiful sunsets from the deck. Tons of hiking opportunities right from the property. We found the apartment dated, but comfortable for 4 adults. We did have some minor complaints (multiple power outages, lack of basic cleaning supplies, no grill on-site as advertised, trash under deck) but none of which would prevent us from staying here again. "We came to get a break from Idaho winter and spent the month. A friend came for a couple of days to visit and our daughter and grandkids came to spend their spring break. Hit a baseball training game and worked on their tans at the pool. Enjoyed the home yard and pool."

"7 of us were there for an R/C Sailplane contest. All old guys wanting our own beds. With 6 separate beds this worked out great. #7 brought a queen air mattress and found that the master closet was a big as a bedroom, so voila, privacy and comfort. Everything was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed a few games on the air hockey table and the putting green. It's close to a lot of fine eating establishments. A great trip at a great place."

"The location worked for what we needed. Ample space for all of us to gather. Although there are roosters nearby, we did not mind the early wake up call as we are use to the sound and wake up early ourselves anyway. We enjoyed the sunset while relaxing on the patio during our last evening there. There owner and husband came by while prepping for our departure- very kind folks. I would like to spend time here again if ever the opportunity presents itself."

"House was decent but hot tub controls were slow and wouldn’t stay warm and then hot tub started draining into pool twice while we were there had to call the the pool guy out he fixed it once but then the next day hot tub drained again. Couldn’t use it kinda annoying. Also motion sensor light shown directly into master bedroom woke us up several times a night no switch to turn it off. Also no heads up for trash day so trash was overflowing from previous renters"

"Location of the house was good. Near stores and restaurants. Plenty of room, beds were comfortable. Wish I could say that about the living room furniture. The grill out back was great. It was also nice to be able to use the garage. A few updates and minor fixes this property could easily be a premium stay. Still, we enjoyed our time in Maricopa."

"Quiet area with beautiful view on a dead end road. Which makes for a nice walk. Located a little out of the city but yet driving distance to many places. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. We used the grill for steaks which was nice. No internet but does have a DVD player so bring your own to watch movies.
