"Lake nice. Rooms like any Ibis but too expensive. Small swimming pool we didn't use it. And paying extra for amenities and Internet it's just a terrible idea. Why don't they just ad 15 pounds to the price of the room and don't act like a low cost airline. The resort is not low cost. Brilliant lake view from the Lodge. Ugly restaurant and bar. The machines doesn't work they keep your money and lady in reception couldn't help. It's not a 4 stars hotel! ITS NOT LAKE...

"Beautiful cosy and comfortable cottage ideally situated in the glorious setting of Grassington. Local pubs and food were great. People very friendly and welcoming. Stunning scenery and even managed to see Wharfdale play rugby on Saturday (yes they won). Would definitely come back, almost forgot an epic trip to Wensleydale to the cheese makers. Absolutely fascinating and lots of cheese purchased"

"We booked for a base as an Easter getaway with walks from the doorstep. It was Perfect, the property has allocated packing right outside the front door, it was clean, everything we needed was there! A lovely garden area to sit and relax in the sunshine with a glass of wine after a long walk in the dales! The property was in a quiet courtyard/lane just a few steps away from the main Grassington Square! Would definitely return."

"A wonderful cottage. We really enjoyed our stay in Burnsall. We stayed for a family wedding and there was plenty of space for 3 generations. The children's room/games room is a lovely touch. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is fantastic in the middle of Burnsall (next to the Red Lion pub). A beautiful spot for walking and visiting nearby Bolton Abbey and other nearby attractions. We can highly recommend and would love to visit again."

"A lovely cottage in the heart of Hawes. Easy access to attractions in Hawes, and fabulous walking in the area. Cottage is on 3 levels so there are some stairs, can be busy outside with bikers at weekends. Good access to shops, pubs and chip shop! We would definitely visit again. "

"We loved our stay at Mya Cottage. The place was clean, spacious, and tidy. It seemed like everything was thought of - things we didn’t think we’d need until we got there like tin foil were provided. The owners were lovely, the check in and out process was easy. The showers were good, and it was in a little gated community which we really liked. Nothing bad to report! Would stay again!"

"This is one of the best VRBO places we have ever stayed in. It feels spacious because of the white walls and furniture and because it is not all cluttered (unlike so many other VRBO's!). "Not quite as it looked in the advert . The outside table and chairs give the impression you can sit out in a courtyard ..it's actually the drive up to the other property's . The next property was occupied by seven lads on a stag weekend who all came in there cars , therefore nowhere to park for our two cars .the weekend was also marred by the taxi turning up at the lads accommodation with a young lady in what can only be described as as nurses outfit and heels ... "I stayed here with my partner and 2 young children. We booked a room with two double beds - this was perfect. What really impressed me about the hotel was the extra details everywhere to make it really welcoming and easy for families. Toys, games, high chairs, ramps and accesible options - and even some secret doors for elves & fairies hidden around the place. The hotel has a super heated, indoor swimming pool, and a playground outside. I also really appreciated the box of "help yourself" to extra tea, coffee and milk at the reception. These details make all the difference and I want to say a big thank you to the team at Holiday Inn, Lancaster - you are great!!"
