"Very convenient downtown location, OK-safe area, walkable to restaurants and bars. Easy and unrestricted street parking spots nearby. Nicely decorated inside, air conditioning and hot water working well, comfy bed, TV with streaming services, tidy bedroom and clean bathroom.
