Eine wunderbar ausgestattete, moderne und makellos saubere Wohnung. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Nähe zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle (200 m) und die hübsche kleine Privat-Terrasse. Die Wohnung umfasst fast das ganze kleine Haus. Die Treppen sind steil, aber dafür gibt es keine Nachbarn oben oder unten, was für angenehme Ruhe sorgt. Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Appartement vraiment bien équipés bien entretenu. Très propre. Parfait. Livres mis à disposition de très bon goût Le contact avec Monsieur Joost est très agréable. Il est très patient et à l'écoute. Le parking à proximité est un plus.

Our stay in Gent and the apartment were better than we could have imagined! Joost has thought of everything you need and the kitchen is stocked. The apartment was beautifully clean, the mattress is new and comfortable and the bathroom and shower are modern and big. The apartment is only a short 10 minute walk from the center of Gent, which is awesome and a 10 minute Uber ride to the central train station, making it a perfect place to stay and easily be able to get to other cities like Brugges, Brussels and Antwerp. Truly the perfect location! Joost was easy to reach and responded immediately with any questions we had or help that we needed. It was a wonderful trip and if we find ourselves in Belgium again, we will definitely stay at this beautiful apartment again. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment for a truly lovely stay in Belgium!! Thank you Joost!!

Good sized flat, well-equipped, very clean and smart, 15 minutes walk from historic centre. Air conditioner/fan in bedroom and another fan in sitting room. Would have preferred blinds/curtains which block more light/heat.

Appartment city escape

A lovely stay in this well equipped appartment. Short walking distance into the heart of Ghent. Bed very comfortable and great shower facility. Note to anyone booking with knee or accessibility problems, the stairs are quite steep. But we thoroughly enjoy our visit to this clean and welcoming home. Suggest booking the car parking which is near by, as parking is hectic in Ghent. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful apartment in Ghent

Excellent accommodation

The modern and cosy flat is ideally situated , the old town center is within easy walking or cycling distance. The host kindly offered his support repeatedly and we received all the necessary information. The flat contained everything we wished for so we were completely happy with our stay. All in all it is highly recommendable.

A very well appointed apartment with everything we needed and more. Excellent communication with the host who had thought of everything. The parking was very convenient and the city only a 20 minute walk. Definitely recommended.

Great Location; Well Supplied

Very nice place, and the owner was helpful. The only problem was the very hot days made it tough to keep the place from being an oven. We were grateful that the bedroom at least had AC!

Fantastic Stay in Ghent

Everything about our stay was amazing. Joost was a wonderful host. He reached out to us with all of the necessary information well before we arrived and checked in while we were there. The apartment was better than advertised. When we arrived there was water and juice waiting for us as well as snacks. The location is perfect for exploring Ghent. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with every kind of gadget you could need. My only concern is that there are two sets of fairly steep stairs which might be a problem for some people it wasn’t for us, and our stay was terrific.

Ghent a base to explore Belgium

The space was spacious, modern and bright with A/C in 3rd floor BR which was very welcome with 30C days.The stairs up to the 2 storey apt are steep by N Amer standards. Easytransit to the train station for exploring beyond Ghent especially with the E7.40 round trip for 65+ after 9AM. Interesting Himalayan food store nearby + 2 bakeries. Genial host.

Nice place, pretty town

Very simple and clean. Joost, a nice guy, lives next door and was very kind to two stupid guests who locked themselves out and had to call him on Sunday morning to get back in. The apt is maybe 10 minutes' walk from the beautiful center of town on a reasonably quiet street. We had a terrific time in Ghent.
