"This being my third visit to Pelican, several of the staff I met earlier greeted me and it was almost like extended family. The physical layout was nice before and even better now. Our suite was very comfortable and spacious; it had a great kitchen and separate place to work at a desk. The quiet rooms and serene atrium are a peaceful contrast to the noise that fills much of the city and beyond. "El check in tardó mucho tiempo, alrededor de 45 minutos, hubo confusión entre la propiedad y el anfitrión. El aire acondicionado del estar comedor no enfriaba, nosotros hicimos el reclamo pero no tuvimos respuesta. La descarga del WC del dormitorio principal defectuosa. I’m a single Senior female traveling alone and Gloria went over and beyond her duties making sure I was safe and comfortable 🥰 I will definitely be back next year, I had a Great 2 weeks lodging experience there.
