Easter Family & 60 Birthday

Perfect for extended family staying together. The location is beyond beautiful for any ocean lovers & perfectly situated for walks beach and ideal for relaxation. Family friendly accommodation & beach. We all loved our stay and wished on the shooting star’s passing us on the brilliant deck we would return to experience this wonderful place again . Great location and everything you need

This house is in an absolutely prime position with great views. It's not brand new but it's spacious, spotless and has everything you need - including comfortable beds.

Lovely for a Family Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the rotunda. Excellent view, great facilities. Fitted our large family nicely and even had a fun welcome gift. Just watch out for the outside shower - it gives electric shocks! Overall though a wonderful spot. We plan to return.

Absolutely fantastic

Really happy to give this property 5 stars, the property was super clean and this is coming from a clean freak. Great position, the Professionals were also great to deal with. The grandkids want to go back as soon as possible will be booking again. Hope this helps everyone.

Beautiful location

Amazing location. Great house, with stunning views. Only issue was strict check in/ check out times. Check in at 4pm, and strict 10am check out. We go away every year & usually we get a late check out - 10am is early to be rushing out of the house on a Sunday. House itself was very comfortable, and perfect location.

Glorious location

This was a lovely well kept property. A big, well stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets were helpful for the 11 of us. There was a lot of furniture and accessories in the house which made movement a little squashy on wet days. The rotunda upstairs was cluttered, hot and the rain made it smell musty. The deck was a good size, with a very clean BBQ. The location is fantastic so we were able to explore the beach and the inlet to the river. Great cafe close by.

70th birthday bash

The house is perfect for an extended family stay. Sprawling and comfortable in an ideal position. It is built on the site of the old guesthouse where my husband and I met when we were eight in 1958. So it was a wonderful trip down memory lane. We appreciated the gift box that greeted us. A delightful touch. Only slight negative was the water pressure in the showers but we couldn’t complain after all we had the Pacific Ocean at our door and we remembered that the showers at the old guesthouse were infinitely worse.

Fantastic Stay for a Special Occasion!We stayed at this beautiful San Diego property to celebrate our son’s graduation from USD, and it exceeded all expectations! The location was perfect—so close to the university and the airport, which made getting around and picking up family a breeze.The house itself was stunning and incredibly spacious, both inside and out. Multiple decks gave us plenty of space to spread out and relax. Our favorite was the large deck between the two master suites—morning coffee out there became a ritual. The rooftop deck was massive with incredible views of downtown and beyond. There were also two more decks, one off the dining area and one in front of the house.The pool and hot tub were a hit with everyone! Everything we needed was provided—from floaties to pool towels and even heating lamps (though the weather was perfect, so we didn’t need them). The kitchen was fully stocked, and every bedroom had access to its own bathroom—either private or shared between two rooms.The garage and additional street parking were super convenient, and the location felt safe and peaceful with a secure gated entrance. We loved being able to walk to Old Town and a cute coffee shop just down the street each morning.Check-in and checkout were seamless, with clear instructions provided. I highly recommend this home to families or groups looking for a comfortable, luxurious place to stay in the heart of San Diego. It truly felt like a private oasis.

The property was very well maintained. Very clean . Check in at 4pm is extremely late considering you have to check out at 10am. But will definately be booking again next year.

Perfect family holiday

Thank you for the stay at the Rotunda! The house was perfect for our stay- perfect for extended family. We had the kids in the bunks, and adults in queen rooms with grandparents in the main. A perfect set up. The house and rooms were clean, well appointed, comfortable beds and beautifully presented. The games and little toys were well enjoyed by the kids. But the best is the location of the house - directly across the beach. The beach was divine! The children loved heading over, building teepees and playing in the sand. The packed sand was perfect for a morning run, which we very much needed after all the Tim Tams, chocolates & treats which were gifted to us upon arrival! What a lovely, thoughtful gesture - thank you! Thank you so much for our perfect stay. My only complaint is that I wish we had booked longer! We will certainly be back again!

Extended Family Stay

We had such a lovely time in this property. Being right next to the beach was such a joy. Being able to take the kids over the road and be immediately in the water was fantastic. Lots of space to eat and everyone to have enough space to be themselves. We are already considering when we can visit again.

Good Beach Getaway

Our stay with friends was lovely at this property, as it’s location allowed us to frequently travel to Kiama, Berry and the highly accessible beach. The property was clean and spacious, and allowed for an all-round great experience.

Beautiful location

As you walk up the hall the view is absolutely breathtaking. The house provided everything you would need on holidays and then some. With 5 teenagers in tow, the rotunda created an escape for them and some quiet for us. Our stay could not have been better. We will definitely be booking again.
