Great place, spectacular views, especially the ocean at our front door. Spacious rooms to relax and chat. Extremely well appointed kitchen with a plentiful supply of crockery etc. Though a fair bit short on wine glasses. Heaps of board games, but the icing on the cake was the billiard table, lots of fun. Unfortunately a burst water pipe in the town, leaving Gerroa with no water to drink. Wash. Flush etc for best part of Saturday was a struggle. Cleaning ypur teeth with a good chardy was expensive and a tad decadent.!!

Beautiful home in a great location
This is a stunning property at an amazing location with spectacular views. Large and spacious and love the pool table! A few housekeeping issues - we asked for the single beds to be made up as double beds but in spite of messaging and calling twice about the issue, it wasn't done. The housekeeper had to come over and sort it out after we'd checked in. The floor needs a good mop but other than that the property is generally clean and tidy. We had a really nice stay and would definitely go back again.

Apologies for the communication break down with the cleaner, the note about the bedding configuration was on your booking & should not have been missed. Beautiful home with a great location to the beach and into Gerringong. Kitchen was well equipped and the living / dining spaces worked perfectly for a large group! Loved our stay- thank you!

Lovely spacious, comfortable, clean environment with a great location.
Terrific for a large group of people, comfortable beds, was a bit cold as heaters kept tripping the power.

Weekend away
Great location and close to the beach. Views from were amazing of the beach. There were 7 of us and we were all very comfortable as so much space not to get in each other’s way.

Perfect seaside escape for a fun family Christmas
Our family group were impressed by the quality of the home and the amazing views. We all enjoyed our Christmas at Mystic Sands. The Christmas decorations put out were a lovely touch! During our stay, we kayaked up the estuary, swam with dolphins, enjoyed a long walk in the national park, had hilarious ping-pong competitions and late-night pool games. The big tv downstairs had a work-out with some computer games that my adult kids brought with them. It could get uncomfortable for cold-weather Canberrans to face a summer holiday without airconditioning in each bedroom, but we were lucky with very mild weather during our stay. The beds were super comfy, the linen lovely and clean and we all slept very well while just running the fans and the solo air-conditioner in the upstairs-lounge.

Great house for a group
Great house for a group. Unfortunately it was a wet weekend but the house enabled us to use the entertainment spaces for various activities including pool, card games, chatting, and music. Unfortunately the smallest bedroom was subject to all the noise on the staircase. A bit of carpet would be useful to dull that noise. Apart from that we enjoyed a lovely weekend in a beautiful area which also included a trip into nearby Berry.

4 couples near retirement age looking for a great weekend away and we thoroughly enjoyed the property and the fabulous surroundings/beach/local clubs and pubs/courtesy buses/golf course and the shopping

Review Mystic Sands
We throughly enjoyed our stay at Mystic Sands and were very impressed with the property. There was everything that we needed supplied from tissues to coffee pods. We will definitely stay again.

Amazing weekend away
We booked this house for a little getaway with some girlfriends and it was incredible. Spacious, clean and ideal location. Would recommend this house to anybody. It had been freshly mopped before we got there and the whole house was spotless. Great destination, thank you!

Location & space!!
We booked this home for an extended family weekend away. It delivered better than the pics online - so much space and options in the home for each family member to find their own nook to chill out in. Pool table and ping pong table kept kids entertained for hours. Kitchen also had more than enough cooking utensils and dining options when we cooked up for the whole group. Will stay here again!!

Well thought out property, with all the creature comforts to a relaxing stay.
We had a very relaxing three night stay at Mystic Sands and couldn’t fault a thing. The only problem was having to leave to head back to the rat race after such an enjoyable stay.
