    Please note: we also manage the sister property right next door. Guests needing more space can enquire about booking both homes together, which comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests.

    The home’s location offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful residential setting with excellent links into Central London, Heathrow and key business hubs.

    To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, all guests are required to complete a few pre-arrival steps. This includes:
    • Providing valid photo ID
    • Signing a short rental agreement
    • Submitting a refundable security deposit

    The deposit is held securely and will be returned within 3–5 working days after checkout, subject to a full inspection of the property.*

    Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. For longer stays, additional cleans and fresh linen/towel changes can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

    Our property operates a self check-in system via lockbox, so it’s important that all pre-arrival requirements are completed to avoid delays accessing the home.

    Please note:
    • This is a residential area, so please be respectful of neighbours at all times
    • No parties, events or unauthorised gatherings are allowed under any circumstances
    • Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am
    • Smoking is not permitted inside the house
