"Extremely cozy cabin within a brisk walk to the river. Beautiful area, we saw deer and a little coyote but it wasn’t bothering anybody. Even though it’s in a “resort” it’s quiet and we saw a couple other guests next to the river. Tom, the manager, was extremely quick to help us with any issues with the house but if you need to contact him, a phone call is the best option. This place was amazing and if we ever visit San Antonio or New Braunfels again this will be the spot we go to."

"This is the third time I have stayed here, and it is the perfect size for a group of friends for a weekend getaway. The patio and view are amazing. We love being able to walk everywhere in town and never having to drive! The host is amazing. I will definitely come back to this place and highly recommend to others."

MBR linens were upscale and comfy.Watching the deer play while sitting on porch was enjoyable. This was a perfect location, close to everything , yet quietly secluded. "For the price, it's really a great deal. It's hard to find homes this large without breaking the bank. The home was clean and Randy was very quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood is very quiet and the kitchen is pretty well stocked.There are a few home quirks like no bathrooms on the first floor which has two rooms totalling 10 beds so if you bring a huge group, a lot of them may have to go upstairs in the middle of the night to use the restroom. There's also no water to the fridge...
