"Multiple problems - only two dinner plates and two water glasses along with chipped bowls that took 8 days to correct; broken frame on living room chair and 18 days to replace; broken desk chair took 23 days to replace; the most uncomfortable beds we’ve even slept in; clothes dryer so clogged with lint that it took 2 1/2 hours to dry and was a fire hazard fixed after 7 days, missing screws in dining room chairs and bench took 26 days to repair; missing smoke detector never replaced; living...

"Great place to stay! Communication with host was great too. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Atlanta. Safe, quiet, clean, on the 1st floor, and just a very nice complex. For sure would stay again. If you have ATT for cell service, you have to be close to the windows or go out on the patio to talk. WiFi works great! Wasn't a big deal and this is my 13th trip to Atlanta and one of my favorite places to stay. Thanks!!!!"

"The condo fit all our needs and Rose was a great host. We arrived a little early and she unlocked the condo for us to drop our luggage. We went off the explore and find check out our Masters parking for the next day and when we returned -- she had left us 4 Masters themed iced sugar cookies and a nice book about the Masters. Such a sweet gesture!!! and the cookies were yummy! We appreciated the easy check out ... not alot of to-dos - so it was easy to leave and arrive at Augusta National...

"We like the small yard for the dog. It's just enough. The toiletries in the shower are not cheap off brand ones which we appreciate. Good hot water& great water pressure. House was clean and tidy. Just what we needed to escape winter storm Fern."
