The property was perfect for our friend group attending a wedding. The house was beautiful, clean, well stocked (especially the kitchen, it had everything you could ask for and more!), the outdoor porches were so cozy and use of the golf cart was very appreciated. We would all definitely stay here again!

Great house!

Beautiful house that was great for the whole family. We had our two children and their spouses and our 7 month old grandson. Wonderful location directly across the street from the beach access and the 6 seater golf cart that was included with the rental was perfect! Great porches and kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

wedding weekend at So Breeze

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at So Breeze. My issue is with the mgmt co. So Breeze is an expensive & very nice rental. The mgmt co treated like any other nightly rental. ie- each bath got 4 towels & 2 bars of small, cheap soap for 3 rental nights. My bath got no soap. It comes across very cheap. Another issue was the wifi instructions were incorrect as well as the combo for lock securing the golf cart. Once we got the correct combo, we were not able to start & use the cart. The mgmt co should provide premium service, toiletries & accurate instructions.

Southern Charm & Hospitality at Its Best!

Southern Breeze is absolutely PHENOMENAL! The home is tastefully appointed, extremely comfortable, and spotlessly clean. This 2nd row beauty is convenient to beach access walkways. We enjoyed the ocean view and sound of the surf at the house, and the ease of getting to the beach for morning walks and collecting shell treasures! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything one may need to prepare, serve, and enjoy a meal or refreshment, including gorgeous dinnerware, platters, and glassware. As in the rest of the home, local artisan items were showcased, which complement the true Southern charm of this home.We enjoyed the multiple porches furnished with beautiful and comfy furniture, including high-quality cushioned chairs and sofas, rocking chairs, picnic tables, and a hammock. The overhead fans provided a gentle breeze and kept any bugs at bay.We found the 6-person golf cart immensely helpful. With nice, cushioned seats, seat belts, seat handles, and heavy-duty tires, this vehicle transported our group in relaxed style. Our host Suzanne provided outstanding hospitality! She went out of her way to be helpful, promptly answered multiple questions, and successfully coordinated a special need with the homeowner. We wholeheartedly recommend Southern Breeze and look forward to returning soon!
A portion of the gorgeous porch on the third floor, perfect for relaxing or meals.
One section of the wraparound porch on the second floor.
The main living area on the third floor. The open floor plan works so well!
Another section of the porch on the second floor. So many comfy options!

great house and location in Debordieu

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and the included golf cart. We were told that for $200 daily fee we could play golf but the club said no, it was only good for social use. My husband had to play down the road at another location. We did not pre reserve beach chairs with the $250 credit and could not use that so we had to buy beach chairs at Walmart along with beach towels and extra bed blankets. The amenities could use tweaking. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the rooms were very nice. Super easy access to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ten of us stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The house is lovely and well appointed. This was our 11th summer at DeBordieu and we are already looking forward to next summer. What a beautiful, special place. The location of Southern Breeze was perfect- on the creek and right across the street from the beach. Very roomy kitchen and living space was perfect for a large crowd. The kids enjoyed crabbing, fishing (we had fresh caught flounder for supper), and our daily golf cart rides. Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer!!

Suzanne at TideLife Rentals is the absolute best!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter recently got married at DeBordieu, near Pawleys Island, SC. I contacted Suzanne with help in finding a place for the newlyweds the night of their wedding and ended up arranging for the rental of 5 different houses for guests through TideLife. Suzanne was so helpful in locating the perfect house for my guests and was extremely accommodating and so easy to work with. She helped me with keys, etc so that my guests could come straight to the party on Friday night and was immediately available for any issues that arose. The houses were clean and well stocked and perfect for my guests. I would highly recommend anyone looking to rent in the Pawleys Island/DeBordieu area to call TideLife Rentals!
