An amazing week in an amazing neighborhood
We came out here for intensive physical and occupational therapy for a family member. The neighborhood is super quiet, filled with deer walking all over, and excellent for biking, walking and recreation.The host was always available to help and any questions we had were answered quickly.

Excellent vacation!
We loved this house! We have rented many VRBO's over the years and we said this is the first one that we would be comfortable renting again in the future. Beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. A nice plus was daily visits in the back yard from several deer.Highly recommend A

Excellent Location! Large 3 plus bedrooms and baths
Just me and my wife stayed over Thanksgiving. Jenny, our contact person, was easy to work with and understand
our requirements. The house was very large, 3000 square feet plus, and clean when we arrived. The house is 7 miles to downtown Georgetown. Large yard and nice patio.
Great restaurant on golf course in Sun City, 2 miles away.

Great Home, Needs some work
In general the house was great, it needs a bit of attention though. The dining table chandelier lights are filled with dead bugs, multiple light bulbs were out in the house, there were hardly any towels so we had to go searching and found a pile in the laundry room, there were random bedding piles here and there and hanging out of cabinets, couldn't find many dishes until we realized that they were all in the dishwasher, some random clothes on the patio furniture, small pieces of broken items sitting on top of various pieces of furniture, something super sticky that we had to clean off one of the nightstands, and someone's loofahs in the shower. Also to note the power furniture in the living room has piles of cords on the floor in the open, so likely a tripping hazard if you are older or not paying attention. It really is a nice house in a quiet area, but attention to some details would vastly improve it.

An exceptional week in an exceptional neighborhood
We had an absolutely wonderful time in this home. The master bathroom is as cool as it looks in the photos, and in general everything is as advertised. The neighborhood is truly great, and the next neighborhood over, Sun City, is filled with walking trails.Three mild concerns to be aware of. Do not let these hinder your desire to come, the house is amazing:1) The garage is technically off limits because the safety eye at the bottom of the door doesn't work well and the door keeps wanting to reopen. That said, it does work, you just need to hold down the close button and wait until the door closes. We recommend using the garage in case of _baseball_ sized hail. Maybe the weather this year is a little intense.2) The backyard is technically fenced in, but as the pictures show, there is no grass within the fence. So if you have a dog, you are going to be using the leash a bit.3) Although the place does have a cleaner and the house is generally clean, it did not seem to us that we got the full value out of the extra cleaning fee we paid (our stay was broken across two stays).Overall this was a great home and we will definitely be back.
