Had an amazing stay with our extended family of 16! The outdoor space was perfection, we didn’t want to leave. Karin was incredible and truly went above and beyond. Endlessly helpful before our arrival and continued to impress us throughout our stay. Zen Exuma was a dream!

The house is even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures - the pool, the hammocks, the beach with the soft sand - it was all amazing! The host, Karin, was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We visited with 5 adults and 4 children and all had plenty of room in the spacious home. It was a memorable and special week for our family!

Our host, Karin, was so kind and helpful. Probably one of the nicest and accommodating hostess that I’ve encountered in a VRBO stay. Our family was there during the Christmas holiday & I was concerned that it would not “feel” like Christmas. However, there was a decorated tree & cookies and treats waiting for us! I loved it! The house was perfect for our family of 12. The kitchen provided everything we needed to make fabulous meals. There was something for everyone to enjoy. One of the best vacations we’ve had. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great house on Tar bay. This house has two sides with two kitchens. Great for large families with plenty of amenities. Staff was also very attentive to several maintenance issues that were quickly resolved. Highly recommend Zen Exuma!

I had the pleasure of staying at Zen Exuma with 11 of my best girlfriends to celebrate my 50th bday a couple of weeks ago. This is by far my favorite vacation home I have ever stayed in. The house is absolutely amazing! Beautiful inside and out, The bedrooms have the most gorgeous ocean views. The pool area has plenty of sun and shade options. The house has two full kitchens. We used one as a bar area and the other to cook in. Karin, our host planned everything for us during the week! From transportation from the airport, to a stocked house full of groceries, made our dinner reservations including transportation to and from the restaurants), scheduled our boat day where we went to some of the most gorgeous beaches I’ve ever seen in my life ( a MUST DO) She also set up massages outside at the house which was wonderful. You could hear the ocean, yet have privacy, anc could not hear our other friends hanging by the pool. One night Chef Kiva came and cooked for us. I wish we had used her more! Her food was delicious and by far the best food we had all week! A couple of days we walked the beach and looked at the different homes. Zen Exuma blows them all away! It has charm, mature palm trees everywhere, several balconies to hang out and watch the sunsets. The pool is great and the ocean is calm and stunning!! It felt like we had our own private beach. I don;t typically write review of any kind! Zen Exuma and Karin made this one of the best weeks of my life

Love this house! Spacious with beautiful view of Tar Bay. The recent renovation is top notch. Kids loved the new pool on the deck. Plenty of space to stretch out. Karin was amazing on co-ordinated every step of our stay for us. She even greeted us with incredible welcoming gifts upon arrival. Can't wait to return!

Doesn’t get better than Zen Exuma!!

Wow… just WOW!!! This property is truly incredible. We stayed here for 5 nights and it’s a time we will never forget. The house is big, spacious, clean, lots of sleeping spots (we were 18 people and easily fit).The location is 5 minutes from the airport. Right on the beach. Everything about this property is incredible. The water is just stunning. It doesn’t get better than this.You will not regret it, I promise you.

Paradise!

We celebrated our 40th birthday here with 5 couples. It was more than enough space for us all. The house, pool, and location on the beach was beautiful. The location on the island was very central. Karin and her team were excellent. All of the vendors and excursions she helped us set up were prefect and ran smoothly. Vaughn B the butler service she recommended is a must! 10 out of 10 for Karin, the house, and her team. You will not be disappointed booking this house!

Every year we take our children & grandchildren on vacation. Out of the country and in the country. This year, this house is #1 on our list! From the minute I booked Zen Exuma Karen was there to answer questions and help plan our activities. She was at the house, showed us around, would make reservations, and was there for us. Don't miss swimming with the pigs!!!!

Our stay was perfect! We had 16ppl , kids and adults and all slept comfortably. Karin the property host was amazing!! She answered every text and call when we had questions. We would stay here again and hope to next year ! We hired Chef Keva 3 nights and 4 mornings and she was top notch and perfect the food was so good! Love ZEN EXUMA !!! The property is beautiful and serene, the patio and greenery on the property is amazing .The deck is huge everyone had areas where they could relax or be together. This house is perfect for large groups. I cannot wait to go back !!

EXCELLENT!!!

We had a fantastic stay at the ZEN. Beautiful home,very clean, comphy beds (sheets were amazing). We controlled the air conditioning - big plus for us Texans,plenty of room for our family of 16, and the views were breathtaking!Karin Knowles, our host was very pleasant and very attentive to our needs from pre stockings groceries,booking dinner reservations amd much more. We can’t thank her enough for all her help.Our family had an amazing week and can’t wait to return. We highly recommend the Zen- you won’t be disappointed. We definitely will return.

We spent an unforgettable week at Zen Exuma with 17 people—6 of them kids—and somehow, we all left more relaxed than when we arrived (miracle!). The house layout is spot-on for large groups, giving everyone space to gather and space to retreat when the kids discovered the volume button on life.What really made the trip extra special was the incredible support from Karin and the property manager, Cecil. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless and stress-free.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Already dreaming of our return to this slice of paradise!

Paradise in Paradise

Zen Exuma is the perfect accommodation on Exuma. It is well located--10 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Georgetown and central to everything. The beach is beautiful, walkable and has a sandy bottom. Lounge chairs are set up for your use. We had the beach to ourselves in May. The house has been completely redone, and you won't find a nicer house on the island. It sits off the road (many do not). There's both stairs and a ramp to the front door. The main floor has two living and kitchen areas with a large, well appointed kitchen. There is a small bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and walkout to the pool area (perfect for those with limited mobility). There are 4 large bedrooms upstairs, three with king beds and a bunk room. Each has its own bathroom. Finally, there's a fold out couch upstairs. Almost all bedrooms have balconies. The star of the house is the pool area with palm trees, lounge chairs, numerous outdoor seating areas, a grill, dining tables and hammocks. The rooftop sitting area is great for star gazing. The house can comfortably accommodate a large group. It's perfect for adults or families with kids. Karen, the hostess, lives on the island and can answer all questions. She helps with recommendations and reservations. Karen and Cecil, the property manager, are quick to respond to all questions. They were very accommodating. This is paradise in paradise.

Stunning and Spacious

A beautiful property and an oasis on the island. As soon as you enter the driveway you are in a lushly landscaped private escape. Perfect for large groups we had 17 (8 adults 9 children), we all had our own space and plenty of seating around the property. Set right on the beach and with a pool hot tub, outdoor grill, wrap around decks, it was everything you see in the photos and more. We had a few nights with high winds and the outdoor fireplace with sectional served us well. We were able to stay outside and enjoy the evening while our kids enjoyed the colors of the lit pool. Our host was extremely responsive before and during our trip. The house is well appointed and you have just about every creature comfort you would need.

Magical stay

9 of us had the pleasure of staying at Zen in March, and everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, very spacious (allowing us all to have our own space) and beautifully decorated. The kitchens and bbq equipment were brilliant and meant we could cook easily at home on some nights. The location right on the beach was stunning, and hardly and people walked by. Karin was an outstanding host, responsive to our questions quickly, helpfully and warmly. She knows everything about the island, and even brought us fresh fish to cook one night! She made our trip extra magical, so thank you!

A great family trip with my wife,81-year-old parents, 19–28-year-old kids and our two-year-old grandson. Property is spectacular, area is laid back and easy to navigate. Our concierge Karin took all of the stress out of coming to an area for the first time and was super responsive to any questions we had ranging from car rentals, restaurant recommendations excursions etc. She was a huge reason our vacation was one of our best ever.

Christmas holiday

We had a nice stay at this nice house right on the beach! Karin the hostess was great and always very quick to help with any questions we had- helped with restaurant reservations grocery shopping before we got there! We were a party of 10 and had plenty of space! We rented a car to start with but had the most fun when we decided to get 2 ATWs! No restaurants in walking distance so transportation is necessary!One boating day to see the pigs and to snorkel was amazing! The fishing day we had booked was a windy day so the water was real choppy- so check the weather before booking boating days!Overall we ahead a nice stay in the Exuma!

Perfect house for us!

We had a great stay at Bougainvillea! Endalyn, Karin, and Cecil were excellent hosts. It was so easy to communicate with them all and everyone was very responsive. When we had questions or problems with the house, they solved them! The house was a great size and perfect location on the beach in Tar Bay. I hope to be back again next summer!!! Thank you all for an excellent stay!
