Our stay here was amazing! The view from the porch and unit was stunning. The unit was nicely furnished, kitchen had everything you may need and beds were comfortable! Amini made sure we had all the information to get into the unit and was always available to answer any questions. We used to live on this property and it is a secret gem. Easy access to Georgetown, West bay or heading North or East end. The road out front is very busy but didnt cause any issues at all. We snorkeled and swam daily and the beach is spotless. The sunsets to the east were spectacular. My husband and I even said our wedding vows on the beach our last day. This is my favorite place in Grand Cayman and we will be back!

This was a wonderful place to stay with stunning views. The beach is right off the back porch, and you can make friends with some native turtles while you snorkel in the shallows. Amini was an attentive host, and was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. For those seeking a quieter, more serene experience on the island, we highly recommend Vitamin Sea.

FABULOUS CONDO!!

Vitamin Sea is exactly how it is listed! I took my family of four with two young adults, and it was very spacious and sparkling clean! Not to mention that all of the beds were very comfortable! The AC works very well and made the condo the perfect temperature for sleeping and to come back to after a warm day at the beach. The beach is truly your backyard and the screened in patio is a wonderful place for morning, coffee and meals. The ocean outside of the condo is swimmable, but we did not see many fish or turtles. We just took our goggles out and swam around for fun. The water temp is amazing! You will have an assigned parking spot that is very close to the condo, which makes it easy to access. We could not have hoped for a better place to stay. If we ever go back to Grand Cayman, we would stay there again in a heartbeat! We recommend renting a car and snorkel gear for the week. if you’d like to snorkel we recommend doing a tour through Captain Marvin’s boat tours, tour #4! Smith’s Cove, Eden rock, Starfish point, Governor’s beach and Macabuca are must sees.

Vitamin Sea for me

This is a fantastic location with direct beach front access out the back door. Wonderful two bedroom condo, well stocked and extremely clean. Comfortable beds. The condo feels like home! You can snorkel right out the back door! Loved every moment of this little slice of paradise!

What a Wonderful Location!

Who would not love a property where your backyard is the beach! We literally walked out the back door onto the sand. There were ample chairs and wonderful palm trees for shade on the small private beach. Many people were snorkeling in the waters. There were 2 days when large cruise ships docked not too far from the property and, on one of those days, there were quite a few people who came ashore to our location. It was not really an issue, however.We ate out most evenings, but the kitchen was well stocked and we could have cooked in.The back screened patio was wonderful for sitting most times of day. There was often a delightful breeze and it was not necessary to have the air conditioning on most of the time. The hostess was very responsive and helpful. Our only disappointment is that the property is fully booked next January and February. We wanted to return!

Our favorite place on GC

We have stayed here before and just love this place. Awesome accommodations, the screened in porch is a great place to enjoy the view and you are steps from the water where the snorkeling is great. Go right after the sun comes up and you should see turtles everyday eating in the turtle grass. (Not the thick sea grass) There is coral head straight out from the unit to the right and we could watch lobsters, octipus, eels, and a large nassau grouper moved in half way through our stay. Also you can often see rays and skates and periodically a barracuda. As everywhere else tons of grunts, squirrel fish, sergent majors, angel fish and flounder.

Lovely Stay

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful rental. The unit is very spacious, clean and well kept. Location is extremely convenient to everything on the island & the beach was great. We had zero problems and good communication from the owner. We would definitely stay here again. One thing to note is that there aren't a ton of outlets- so you might want to bring a charging hub if you have multiple devices. We always travel with 1 or 2, so it wasn't a problem for us.

A dream getaway

This listing was everything that was in the ad. The place was just beautiful. I think this is the fastest I've ever started to relax on a vacation. We saw an agouti out the back door, snorkeled with sea turtles, ate wonderful food at The Czech Inn and Tukka's, drove to starfish point, and enjoyed many card games with family. I would love to return. 5 stars!

Heaven at Spotts!

This trip was amazing. As I wrote in the guest book - it was exceptional on every level. This is my third time staying at these condos and second time with Amini. I don't see any reason for me and my family to stay anywhere else. This location has it all; privacy, solitude, instant beach access, sea life right out the back door and a fully stocked condo! It's close to the store and plenty of great eateries within minutes but we love to stay in and use the full access kitchen. Thanks for another great stay Amini!

I thought there might be a "catch" because this location appeared to be affordable, comfortable, and conveniently located. But to my surprise, there were no strings attached. Amini's place was perfect perfect perfect. We were swimming with turtles within 20min of arriving. We made quick friends with our upstairs neighbors who'd been coming to the island since the 1980s. After they saw us diving into the clear waters with our own gear, they asked how we knew that Spotts was the best hidden-secret for snorkeling on the island. I guess we just got lucky! Not only is this VRBO located on the best beach, it is the closest unit to the water. The steps from the backdoor lead directly onto the clean sands. And though the beach is not private, it certainly feels that way. The few people we came into contact with were very friendly. I highly recommend stocking up on groceries, cooking some meals in the kitchen, and enjoying them in the sunroom. If you can get the full-unit speaker system playing, that's a huge bonus. We ate local food and shared champagne while the sunset over the island with calm oldies playing on the in-suite speakers. It felt like a dream. And to continue the dream sequence, not only did we swim with turtles, but also with countless beautiful fish, several (friendly) stingrays, and an OCTOPUS!! Amini was a fantastic host. She responded to all of our inquiries quickly and effectively. Though, very few questions needed asked. The answer is YES. Book this place.

Just what the doctor ordered

Vitamin Sea was what we were looking for and exactly what we got. It was nice to be away from the middle of George Town and the hectic scene when large cruise ships came in to the port, but close enough to get there easily (just not during rush hour). The snorkeling right off the beach (yes, this until is right on the beach) was amazing. We saw a bunch of sea turtles, a sting ray and a nurse shark. We also went to the Cayman Turtle Center, Starfish Point, Stingray City Sandbar, and the Cayman Spirits Company. Would stay there again

Location, Location, Location!

Amazing location! Condo could not be in a better Spott (pun intended). If you like to wake up in the morning and walk directly out onto a private beach and into the Caribbean sea, then this is your place.

Your own piece of paradise

We couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy our week in GC. The condo is beautiful, has everything you need, and is situated in the middle of anywhere you want to visit on the island. The beach is beautiful and reef protected, although the water was a bit too rough for our kids to enjoy during our stay. The turtles, however, were plentiful. The adults had a great time snorkeling with as many as 8 sea turtles at a time. A couple wanted nothing to do with us and left the area as quickly as we got to it, however most were not bothered by the fact that we were hovering around watching them graze. There was one family of 4 that continually showed up at the same spot directly in front of the condo. Even from the condo, we enjoyed spotting their shadows in the clear water and waiting to see them pop their heads out when coming up for air. We spent our week going all over the island to get as much good snorkeling in as we could. Seven mile beach is a short 20 minute drive. Hell and Cemetery beach are about 30 minutes away. It'll run you about 45 minutes to drive to Starfish and Rum Point. Lots of great eateries and shopping close by, however I recommend you have a rental car to get around. Amini was a great host and was quick to respond to any inquiries. She even offered to help us with temporary swimwear while the airlines tracked and delivered our delayed baggage. We look forwarding to booking this condo for every visit.

Quiet Beach Front Condominium

We spent a week at Vitamin Sea, ground floor with direct beach access. Nice hose on the porch to wash off before entering enclosed patio. Snorkeling at the beach saw a few fish a couple turtles, water was clear most days but can be ruff. We enjoyed the clean, nicely furnished condo and kitchen. Comfortable recliners on each, with fins in their beach boxes. Takes about 60 minutes to get into town during rush hour, otherwise 25 minutes. We took a Red Sail snorkel trip that was very satisfying. Ate an Tukka’s on East End, had a good meal on taco Tuesday nights. Amini was very responsive. Condo was good value for amenities.
