Great location and communication with the owner and property manager. The house is a bit dated, such as the kitchen pots/pans, but the view, location, and resort amenities far outweigh those minor things! We did have some issues with the water being turned off each night at 10pm, so we just made sure to shower prior to that. It’s an island though, so that issue is to be expected and was no fault of the owner. We did stock up on bottles and jugs of water bc it wasn’t safe to drink the tap water. We loved the pool and Rusty Anchor restaurant/bar! Great food, and the lowest prices on kids food (anyone can purchase) we found anywhere. My teens loved the chicken finger basket and burger basket.. each only 10! Also, great location to the downtown area where you’ll find restaurants, the grocery, straw market, liquor store, and marina! Overall, it was the perfect place for our family of 6 to vacation in Exuma!

Wonderful waterfront property

We loved our stay at Aris Key. The property is right on the water with an expansive water view and very close to the beach club, pools and restaurant, the Rusty Anchor. We’ve been to Exuma 4 times and this has been our favorite rental so far. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The host, Juan is extremely quick to respond with any questions you may have. We loved staying in February Point for the first time with the amenities there: beach club, restaurant, gym, tennis courts, etc. The proximity to Georgetown is perfect; only about a mile away. The only reason I gave cleanliness a 4 is because they’re currently doing some work on the back of the house, which Juan did let us know about before we came. They didn’t work on it while we were there and it never bothered us at all. We would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous stay

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Aris Key, the property is beautiful and on a beautiful bay, we were able to rent a boat and keep it at the Marina and use it as a base to explore the areaThe house had everything we needed, good internet and air conditioning and in a great location very near the town.Would definitely stay again if we chose to come tone ima again in the future

Great Location but The House Needs Some Work

We just returned from a four-night stay in Exuma, and here are our impressions of the rental home.The Good:Fantastic Location – February Point is just five minutes from Georgetown and centrally located, making it easy to explore everything Exuma has to offer.Breathtaking Views – The house sits right on the water, offering stunning views of the bay.Decent Interior Condition – The inside of the home is generally in good shape. While there are a few minor repairs needed, it’s about what you’d expect from a rental property.The Not-So-Good:Cleanliness Issues – While not outright filthy, the home was not thoroughly cleaned. The master shower had noticeable mildew, to the point that we wore sandals while showering. The cleaning felt very surface-level—when plugging in my phone, I was covered in dust. Having previously owned a cleaning company, I can tell this home is overdue for a deep clean.Neglected Exterior – The outside of the home is in rough shape. Paint is chipping everywhere, and many areas are stained black. Oddly, a rug was just thrown on the backyard path leading to the deck. When we arrived, trash from the previous guest was still sitting on the back deck. The deck itself is deteriorating, with sections falling apart. Overall, the exterior is in need of major maintenance.Final Thoughts:Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again. With some much-needed upkeep and attention to detail, this property could be amazing, but in its current state, it’s past its prime.

Great Week at Aris-key!

We had a great week at this home in February Point. The home was exactly as advertised - no surprises. Well stocked kitchen, nice sheets and towels, including beach towels. Juan and Kierra were very responsive. Wifi worked great. Pool at the beach club is a 5 minute walk and is very nice. Highly recommend!!

Easter 2024- Aris Key

Amazing views and location. After staying on the marina side in February Point several times, we decided to try the harbor side and the views are incredible. You get to see the sunset on the harbor and enjoy the water activities. We used the deck area quite a bit and this was convenient for loading and unloading on the boat we rented. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. As others point out, the house is a bit worn and needs some maintenance. The house manager brought by some extra bottles of water for us and Juan communicated well during the booking process. This house is all about location and you will not be disappointed!

March 2024 stay

After researching many properties in Exuma, we decided to rent Aris-Key for our first visit to the island. It was perfect! Yes it is a bit worn as others note, but very clean. Comfortable beds. We loved the secure neighborhood with pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, restaurant and a spa for our family of 5, including 3 teens. We had a 3-4 hour power outage one day and a 4-5 hour water outage another day, thanks to the island utilities. Nothing that ArisKey could do about that. We hope to return in the future!

Perfect location!

We loved February point and being so close to everything but also easy to explore the island up north or down south. The house has everything you need, is beautifully decorated and we could sit on the dock or porches and enjoy the water all day! The house itself seems older and needs some repairs (cracking walls, tiles, etc) but we had an incredible stay regardless. Can’t wait to visit again!

February Point is such a lovely place to stay. The views are amazing. If you rent a boat from Minns it is such a quick ride over to February Point. There is a dock behind this home and you can pull up and load up. We love staying at this location. We had an amazing vacation at Aris-Key. The owner was wonderful to work with.

2nd year and loved it again!

This was our families second year at this house. We just love it so much. February Point is a gem. The location can’t be beat. This house on particular is such a great spot on February Point. A few houses down from the Rusty Anchor restaurant for a cocktail or dinner. A quick drive to Georgetown to pick up the boat and go shopping. Easy to drive the boat right up to the house for drop offs and pick ups. An easy drive to Blu…our new favorite restaurant. Our family enjoyed time on the dock, working out at the gym, and going for runs. Literally the best spot!

Good Location

This is our second stay at Ariskey and the Villa is showing wear. The outdoor seating is falling apart and should be replaced. The gazebo needs paint and outdoor water shower at the gazebo doesn’t work. The white bath towels were stained and should be replaced. There wasn’t water on arrival and no key to home. We had to request it from manager. On positive side Juan was very responsive to issues. The seating inside is very comfortable as the beds also. Air conditioning works very well and location of the villa is very good. Bottom line needs tender loving care. Mark and Patricia

Perfect Location

We absolutely loved our stay at Aris Key inside of February Point. The home was very well appointed, comfy, and super spacious. It was my husband and I, along with our 12 year old daughter, and 14 year old son. The home does show some wear and tear with slightly dated appliances, but everything worked just fine for us. I’d say the biggest issue was the tiny shower in the master bathroom 😆 It was super tough to shower comfortably in there as it’s hard to even put your hands over your head to wash your hair. Lol - But I did enjoy the jetted tub one evening as well! It seems weird to even mention that since everything else was so great. The exterior could use a good power washing, and the window treatments in the master seemed to have heavy water stains on them. The white furniture could use a good cleaning as well, but overall an amazing stay and home. We loved the location in February Point so much. The security staff was just SO super friendly every time you came in and left through the gated entry. We stayed so busy we never even used the beach club pool or restaurant! The water out back is so spectacular too. We routinely saw a resident turtle and LOADS of beautiful red starfish! I cried when we had to leave, 😭 Exuma is my favorite place on earth. I hope to own a place of our own there some day! But in the meantime don’t hesitate to book your own stay at Aris Key ❤️

Perfect week

We stayed at Aris Key .. a beautiful house in February Point Exuma. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed for a wonderful week. Nicely decorated with a great dock to sit and take in the beautiful view. A beautiful pool and beach just a short walk away with food and cocktails Juan was very responsive to our every question and we will definitely be back!
