Stunning ocean views, first-class accommodation - with Pool, Deck & Solar

  • The property is next door to the beautiful Turtle Bay Villa. The views from the wrap around veranda are simply stunning with 360 views - see photographs.
    2 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has a King Sized bed and the other has a double. The furniture is Indonesian antiques acquired during our time in the Far East. Top quality accommodation on par with the villa next door. Please see the photographs which give a flavor of the property. We are located on a rocky elevated peninsula. The elevation provides the stunning views and refreshing breezes. Access to the beautiful Hooper's Bay Beach is a gentle 5 minute stroll. We have just installed Fiber Optic Broadband.
    We have two other properties. Turtle Bay 3 is the indentical unit below this unit on the first floor. The reference is 4712663
    We also have a beautiful house next door named Turtle Bay 1. The reference for this property is 3966662.

The home was beautiful, the view was spectacular, the beds were very comfortable, and the AC worked well. The kitchen would benefit from more drinking glasses and spoons, otherwise it was sufficiently stocked. Rob, our host, was very pleasant and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing we didn't like was the fact we had to checkout and leave Exuma. This villa is a great value for the money with beautiful views of Hoopers Bay.

We loved our stay here! Peaceful setting with amazing views, great outdoor space with plenty of seating, and comfortable inside with everything we needed for a week long stay. It is close to Georgetown but away from the traffic, with grocery stores and restaurants across the road and beautiful Hooper's Bay Beach minutes away. Robert and Cameron were very responsive and helpful before and during our trip.

Great stay. Beautiful views & nice location in the middle of the island. Very comfortable & inviting interior. Solar powered, so no issues with occasional power outages. Rob the host was great from checkin to checkout. Very personable & helpful. The views from the decks & the pool were outstanding! Lot of great places to eat nearby or within a short drive. Two grocery stores very close. Don’t hesitate, book now! You won’t regret it! We will definitely be back!!

Checking in was very easy. Rob was incredibly communicative and gave us many suggestions for things to do on the island. The views were spectacular. The space was clean, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook at night. This space exceeded our expectations.The location was fantastic as well. Two minutes' walk to the beach or to the rocks for snorkelling. Quick drive to the food shop.Great time, and we would be more than happy to return.

Perfect hilltop location

This is our third trip to this property and we plan to return next year. Robert is an excellent host with a beautiful home perfect for that peaceful island getaway.

Beautiful Rental

We enjoyed our stay, Exuma is beautiful. This property was clean and has a beautiful view of Hoopers Bay. Rob and Carla are friendly and helpful. Lots of beaches to enjoy. Come to Exuma and stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Turtle Bay House #3 and would definitely consider returning. The home was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with beautiful views of Elizabeth Harbor. It was a peaceful place to relax after exploring Great Exuma. The location was excellent—close to George Town, beaches, restaurants, and other island activities, while still feeling quiet and private. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the house had everything we needed for a family stay. We especially enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings and evenings overlooking the water. The property manager was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, and check-in and check-out were straightforward. If I had one suggestion, it would be to provide a little more information for first-time visitors about nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and local attractions. Otherwise, everything met or exceeded our expectations. Overall, Turtle Bay House #3 was an excellent home base for exploring Exuma, and we would happily recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, quiet waterfront stay. Overall Rating: 5/5

Great condo

Great deck with amazing views for morning coffee. Spacious condo, located close to Georgetown and easy walk to Hooper Bay. Good Wi-Fi, will be back.

The views were amazing. We were up above the beach and could see for miles, and the breeze kept the bugs away. The house is open with a lovely kitchen. Having a pool was an added bonus. The owner, Rob, was a super host-- very knowledgeable and helpful. There was a short walk along the road to get to the beach, but the shoulder was sufficiently safe. Close to a very convenient grocery store and the airport. We loved this place!!

Robert was so responsive from the minute I booked this several months ago. The house is very spacious and the views are incredible on the wrap around porch! The pool was really pretty even though we didn’t use it because of the cold front that came in. The location was perfect to get everywhere on the island! Thank you again Robert for your hospitality!

Amazing House!

Turtle Bay House 2 was an amazing experience. Robert was such a great host and everything was exactly as described in the listing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to those traveling to Exuma. The view from the balcony was incredible and the location was close to many beaches and restaurants.

The property cannot be beat. Great location, convenience, beautiful view, grocery and restaurants nearby, and equipped with all the amenities you need. Robert is a wonderful host. Highly recommend

Amazing views and space!

The turtle house was very spacious, comfortable furniture, well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies. It’s a great house! The walk to the beach was our only drawback

Wonderful views and breezes

We had a wonderful stay. Rob, the owner & property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. The condo is in a central location, so it made it fairly easy and quick to get around to different parts of the island. The accommodations were clean and spacious.
