Newly Remodeled Hillside Unit at the Hideaways

  • Come enjoy our freshly remodeled piece of paradise located on the Hillside at the Hideaways resort, central to everything in Great Exuma. A stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa complete with dining room, living room with 60" Smart TV powered by Starlink Internet, full kitchen with brand new full size appliances, full size washer and dryer and a MUST in the Bahamas - all brand new AC units in all rooms to keep you cool after a long, hot day on our gorgeous beaches. Brand new King beds in both bedrooms with comfy and cozy pottery barn linens. Living Room has Queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space as well.

    Enjoy our gorgeous Polywood dining set on the front deck with views of the harbor. Quick 3 minute walk to Splash restaurant and the beach at Hideaways and a 5 minute walk to the stunning Jolly Hall beach. Full use of the hideaways amenities for up to 4 adults and all children under the age of 12 including a gorgeously remodeled pool, kayaks, paddle boards, exercise room and a shuttle in to town.

    We've stocked the kitchen with everything you are accustomed to at home. Hexclad cookware, Cuisinart coffee maker with both K-cup and carafe options, air fryer, 4 slot Cuisinart toaster, knife block, blender and all the dishes and cooking utensils you could wish for.

    We've remodeled both bathrooms to include one full stand up tiled shower with tiled bench, marble vanity sink and 2nd bathroom with newly tiled shower, new fixtures and updated hardware.

    We are enthusiastic about helping our guests plan their vacations from start to finish!

We truly loved this 2 bedroom unit. Tricia had all the amenities you would want. We only used the one bed but the mattress was very comfortable. The place was very clean and the location was perfect! We were across the road from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach (Jolly Hall). Would definitely go back to her place the next time.

This home had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The property is exactly as described, and the photos are a perfect representation of the space. We loved the central location, which served as a great base for our adventures. Most importantly, our host was incredibly accommodating—when a winter storm forced us to shift our plans, she went above and beyond to ensure our trip stayed on track and went smoothly.

We had a fantastic 5 nights and 6 day stay here and couldn’t be happier.Tricia is a thoughtful, kind, patient and very responsive host. She was so helpful with all the questions I had and had prepared us well with information that covered check in, restaurant list, tour companies, car rental and water taxi, and extra Exuma tips we don’t even think to ask. What can I say except, this 2 br 2 bath condo was the ideal place for my family of 4; and the location was perfect, being across the road from Hideaways! Plus the location is central and very close to Fish Fry, other hotels, Exuma Market, Areas to catch the Water Taxi, close to gorgeous beaches and equidistance to Coco Plum Beach and Tropic of Cancer. The place itself was super clean, with two very comfortable king size beds, and a great washer and dryer. It honestly had everything we needed including bath and beach towels, water float toys, fully stocked kitchen pots/pans/utensils, spices; and access to all of Hideaways amenities.We can’t wait to return to Exuma and will happily stay at this great VBRO again!Thank you Tricia for such a wonderful experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very clean, well stocked and the layout was perfect. The location on the island was the best. We also loved the access to all of the Hideaways amenties!

Lovely spot

We were pleasantly impressed with the beautiful home, easy going and laid back environment. From finding the location of the suite, to checking in and finding activities around the property we were very pleased with how amazing the place was. Highly recommended this spot!

We love Exuma

This place was great for our family stay and brand new Lee renovated at a central location plan to rent a car or pay for lots of taxis in order to see most of the island. By far the most relaxing vacation we’ve been on in a while! Host was great.

Family Spring Break

We had a great first trip to Exuma! The unit was perfect and very clean and nicely remodeled/decorated. Easy walk across the street to pool and beach. Highly recommend!

This is a beautifully renovated condo unit at the Hideaways Resort. The host, Tricia, was very responsive and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo itself is outstanding! Everything inside is in top shape, including all new appliances, AC units, etc - it really made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Beyond Expectations

Our host Tricia was the best VRBO host I’ve ever dealt with! She kept us informed throughout the whole process. The villa was clean, well equipped, nicely maintained and decorated. Don’t think twice book now! Also beach chairs and umbrella provided a real plus!

This villa was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make meals. All the little extras made a big difference. We had all the paper products, detergent and trash bags needed for our entire stay. The beds were very comfortable. It really felt like our home away from home for the week. The owner was very responsive and so easy to work with.

5 Stars in my Favorite Place

The unit was perfect for us! Everything is nicely done and brand new! We brought my mom with us. It was her first visit to Exuma and she was blown away with the beautiful beaches and the gorgeous views.
