This place was extremely clean and so well maintained — it quickly became a new favorite for us! The location right on the bay is amazing, and we loved having breakfast on the balcony looking out at the beautiful blue water. The two-level layout worked out perfectly for two couples and gave us plenty of space to spread out and relax.The house really has everything you could think of. It was stocked with beach bags and towels, umbrellas, chairs, a wagon, beach toys, kayaks, and paddle boards — which made our days on the water so easy and fun. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully set up, and everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful. We felt right at home from the start. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped getaway!

A new favorite spot forsure! This house has everything and we loved it! Beach bags and towels, beach toys, paddle boards, everything you could think of a more was available to us every day. This made our trip so much better. The property is in a perfect location right on the bay, was clean, nice and everyone we interacted with was so nice and helpful. Highly recommend?

This home was perfect. It had everything you could need for a stay in Exuma including sun screen, bug spray, paddle boards, towels, kayak, snorkels and other items for the beach. The location is perfect to see Georgetown, the north side of the island and Little Exuma. Excellent find and great stay.

The house had everything we need to enjoy our beach days like kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods, umbrellas, chairs, wagon and beach toy. The house has a great view of the water, it was nice to drink coffee looking at the blue water. The kids could walk outside and go to the water, not very deep and were able to see lots of fish using the snorkeling gear the house provided. Would definitely stay here again.

What an impressive place to stay! The owner was fabulous and even sent us a multi-page document with information about the area. The house had EVERYTHING you could need/dream of! Perfect place for families with kids!!! The beach is just steps in front and the upstairs balcony views the ocean :) Very pleased with our stay!

Amazing Regatta Week

Loved the Villa. The grill and air fryer were a big bonus. Ditto the beach lounge chairs - which were perfect for the short walk to Jolly Hall Beach. Walked to town 5 days, but always got a cab back. Lounged on the upper deck over coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. Can't wait to return!!!! Excellent communication, before and during the stay. Six stars from me!!!

Best villa I have rented on VRBO

There was nothing to not love about this property. Right in lovely beach, 15 mins from airport, 5 mins from Georgetown. This villa has everything we could have possibly needed, extremely stocked and well thought out! Very comfortable, quiet and perfect for families. Excellent value! I would recommend to anyone and would stay again!

We really loved our stay! The host was awesome and communicated very well. We even got to check in a bit early which was so nice after our all night flight. The beach nearby was amazing and we walked there each morning. The house was perfect; it was so nice to have the kayaks and other beach things. My son loved the skim board. It was also very handy to have the washer/dryer so we didn’t have a ton of laundry upon returning home!

Location, Location, Great Location

This is our 3rd stay here and it is always a charm. This has become a girls trip for my sisters and each time we are pleased with the location and amenities the house has to offer. It is close to the downtown area of Georgetown and less than 15 minutes from the airport. Located center of Great Exuma and Little Exuma. The owner is prompt with responding to questions and provide a wealth of information regarding the island. There are plenty of beach chairs, water toys, a cooler and even a beach wagon. This is the perfect place for the perfect vacation and I will not hesitate making this my oasis for 2025!
