Strange

This was probably the most strange booking iv done. The room was located in a beautiful hotel. The hotel reception didnt have anything with the room to do. So no information on how to check in or check out. No information pamflet in the room. I was not allowed to use any of the hotel facilities except the restaurant. So very strange will not book again.

Good seaview and hill view. Room is big with comfortable beds and price is very reasonable. Bus stand is just outside hotel. Eateries are just outside hotel. Bathroom fixtures needs fixing and slide balcony glass door's lock not working.

Not clean the room interior and exterior , no housekeeping services , the equipment not working Not bell boy services. Need to pay rm 10 yo rainbow paradise staff to bring up the luggage , disappointed with hotels . Com recommendation to this kind of service and hotel facility , never will go back there again

This is not from paradise hotel and it's just a separate room rented out by different management. Facilities sucks and stinky.

H Suites bedeutet: Beziehe einen Raum in einer Jugendherberge, schaue auf ausgemusterte uralte Möbel, benutze Bidet und Dusche und setze das Bad unter Wasser da beides undicht ist( spült aber die Kakerlaken weg) und wirbt mit den gleichen schönen Zimmern wie das Hotel mit Rezeption! Das Hotel behält sich die besseren Zimmer vor, bietet Strandtücher an, reinigt die Zimmer und füllt sauberes Wasser nach. H Suites verzichtet hierauf, verlangt aber für Nichts RM 140 pro Nacht und RM 20 je Stunde für verspätetes Auschecken nach 12.00 Uhr. Der Pool ist toll und darf mitbenutzt werden, Leute lächeln wenn Du ohne blau-weiße Tücher auftauchst, zeigt es doch, das Du ein H Suiter bist..das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste renoviert werden, das möchte niemand also gibt man die weniger schönen Zimmer an H Suites ab! Strand ist ok, laut wird es am WE wenn für Stunden Familien mit Kindern eintreffen. Fazit: Für den 14 tägigen Preis der Jugendherberge bekomme ich 4 Wochen Urlaub in tollen Appartements in der näheren Umgebung mit mehr Service und Ausstattung!!!

location is good. but room is not well kept and not clean. Toilet smells because the exhaust fan in the toilet not functioning. water in the toilet brush container was not drained off and emitting foul smell. room carpet not vacuum.

It is a private property. We dnt mind abt tht. But the room got smelly, pls buy an air freshner bfore u stay thr. Aircond got problem not cold as it is. Got no toothbrush and toothpaste.

I booked a room under "H Suite at Rainbow Paradise, Georgetown" through Expedia. Upon arrival at the hotel reception counter, i was told to contact a private number for check-in because the room was "owned by private" and NOT under hotel management even though is within the same building. I was puzzled and I contacted the private number and was instructed to take the hotel lift and proceed to wait at 22nd floor. I waited for 15 minutes and a guy came up and lead us to our room. Once he open the door, this is my comment 1. the room is smelly, the exposed wiring, the wall and ceiling paint peeling off, bath tub is dirty, etc. 2. air-con was functioning for 5min, and then cranking sound pops up and it stops I went to the hotel reception to request for a change of room and was told the following 1. the meaning of private own rooms are any problem with the rooms are not their responsibility. they "sold off" few hotel rooms to third party and all services are privately managed 2. all facilities and room services provided by the hotel side, if any usage, i have to pay separately to the hotel 3. i will have to pay for a new room that is managed by the hotel management side if i wanted to change room This leave me no choice but to pay again to change to a room under the hotel management side. I am sharing my lesson learnt to everyone including Expedia!

Not really the Rainbow Paradise Beach Resort

Location was very convenient. But this is not the actual Rainbow Paradise hotel. It is a set of privately owned rooms within the Paradise hotel building. The rooms are not well maintained. You do not get the hotel service (concierge, pool towels, house-keeping, bell-service, etc.).

Comfortable and reasonable

I go there for the breeze and I'm not disappointed. The shower and bathtub is the only negative part of this experience. Something really needs to be done. Otherwise, it's comfortable and very close to everything you need, including the beach.

Is a very good location hotel. Near beach and hotel with swimming pool. Staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean.

The worst experience I have ever had. Bathroom was unlivable and has no shower curtain. I had to be agressive with the owner just to finally get the shower curtain and toilet paper. Stayed 6 days. No phone or cleaning.

Not part of the Hotel!

This room was in the hotel but privately owned so not part of the hotel. We were not aware of this when making the booking as we were attending an event with a large group at this hotel. It was on the 4th floor along with the administrative offices and the staff quarters. The hotel rooms started on the 5th floor. When we arrived at reception we were advised then that we weren't part of the hotel so they couldn't help us. They did ring the owner for us to see how I was going to collect my key. It turned out that someone was waiting for us on the 4th floor, which was lucky for us as we were about 1.5 hours late due to flight delays and traffic, arriving at 10.30pm. The room was poorly maintained and not as clean as expected. The walls were crumbling and there was mildew around the bath and on the walls. The air conditioner was very old and cut out each night and had to be re-started. As our room wasn't part of the hotel none of the hotel facilities were available to us; we could buy breakfast but couldn't get towels for the pool. There wasn't even toilet paper supplied.
