The house was in the perfect location – I can’t begin to say how much we used the dock off the back of the property where all the sea turtle swim around. It was only minutes from the grocery store and the water rental place. Everything was exceptionally clean and a few things. I didn’t know how to use which were user error were quickly resolved by the owner. Would recommend this house to anyone going to Exuma – I think it is one of the nicest on the island!

We had an incredible stay at Exuma Dream'n! This property is perfect from top to bottom. We were a family of 5 (3 teenagers) and had plenty of room to spread out. So many areas to hang out - beautiful balconies/patio/dock area. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed in the kitchen for making breakfast. Centrally located from everything we wanted to do on the island. Lauri was a great host - the info binder was super helpful for restaurant and beach recommendations! Being able to use the pool and beach at February Point was fantastic as well! Would absolutely recommend this home and would stay again! Definitely a huge part of an amazing trip for our familly!

Great location and view

This property is perfect for an Exuma getaway. We had 3 couples, every couple had their own bedroom and private bath. There is a half bath on the main floor which is very convenient. The view of the marina and having a dock is an added bonus. We love Exuma and will stay here again when we visit.

The house and location was amazing. Had some issues where items that were broken, notified the owner, but some could not be repaired before checking out. Overall a good place to stay and AC worked well on our June Visit.

Perfect Vacation!

Exuma Dreamin was everything we hoped it would be and more. The house was nice and clean with amazing views from the many porches. We swam with sea turtles and touched starfish right off the dock. The house was steps away from the Rusty Anchor restaurant, pool, and beach. We loved it and hope to return!

Turning 50

Never could we have imagined so many ever changing shades of blue as what we saw in the waters at Exuma Photos do not do them justice, you need to see them in person. The house was perfect for our needs. It made turning 50 not so bad. Our day exploring on the boat was by far our favorite day.

Amazing Location with Stunning Views

Exuma is one of our favorite islands to visit. The people are so friendly and the environment is so relaxed. The villa was exceptionally clean and exactly as pictured. We loved to sit on the balconies and drink our morning coffee or sit and have a night cap. We used the dock for our boat rental making it very easy to go to Stocking Island. We will definitely return to Exuma and this Villa.

Perfect for family fun in paradise!

Exuma Dream'n is exactly as pictured with stunning views and luxury furnishings. Our two week stay could not have been more perfect. The villa is very well equipped and located in February Point with private community beaches, pools and a dock just steps from the villa - perfect for a daily boat rental. Turtles greet you each morning off the dock and each bedroom has its own balcony. The unit is zoned AC by floor ensuring maximum comfort and the mattresses are a dream. The villa's name is apt because each day there we pinched ourselves because we thought we must be dreaming. Also can't say enough about owner Lauri and February Point management/staff. Top notch, super professional and friendly folks!

Beautiful view, neighborhood and location.

We loved this house overall. Communication with the owner was good. Check-in process was easy. Close to town (which was great) and easy access to rent boats and explore the area. We fed the turtles from the dock! We loved the pools, private beaches, restaurant and bar. Wow. So awesome. House had nice balconies. Cons- there were no wine glasses (I mean - none.) I was told I could buy some (and would be reimbursed) or some would be arriving soon (none came.) There was no tea pot or electric kettle (though they had hot water from the water dispenser but that isnt the same). The furniture in the living room was very shabby (as in falling apart.) The rug was far worse (threadbare and needed to be thrown away.) The window coverings in the upstairs master were almost nonexistent. No way to sleep when one large window had zero shades or curtains. The doors to the toilet in each ensuite bathroom didn't have laches so stayed open when you tried to use them (no privacy at all.) So there is definitely some work that needs to be done. The furnishings are really not up to the level one would expect for the price point, but overall we liked the house and the neighborhood.

Gorgeous home and neighborhood! We loved our week stay and can’t wait to return. Property manager on site checked in to see if we had any needs or if he could assist in anyway. We had a boat daily and loved being able to pull up to the house. Beautiful week in paradise!

Home away from home

Upon arrival check in was very smooth and welcoming. The house was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The views from every level are unmatched. Sitting on the doc with your morning coffee, while turtles swim by below your feet is such a beautiful way to start the day. The House was inviting, clean and well appointed. The hosts and care takers were all very easy and friendly.

Absolutely Amazing!

A Wonderful Stay!We had the most incredible time staying at this condo! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautifully the property was maintained. The house was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary appliances and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals.The bedrooms were cozy and the beds were super comfortable, ensuring we had a restful night after a busy day of exploring the area. The outdoor space was an added bonus, with a lovely patio and scenic views that made for the perfect spot to unwind.Communication with the host was seamless; they were incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with great local recommendations. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. We felt right at home and truly enjoyed every moment. Beware of condition of house

Very disappointed that the owner was aware AC was not working properly but did not give us this information and give us the option of canceling. During our 10 day stay it failed 4 times. That meant we were cooking and living in over 80 degrees. Even though we had bought food to cook we went out to eat. When I asked for compensation of 2 days she only gave us 600. She felt we had AC to sleep comfortably. 600 in the Bahamas only covers one meal. This owner is not someone who is honest about their house and its condition or contents.

February Point Oceanfront Villa Exuma Dreamin

Our stay at the villa was absolutely fantastic! The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the stunning ocean view took our breath away every morning. The layout of the villa was thoughtfully designed, making it both functional and luxurious – truly a home away from home. We especially appreciated the convenience of the boat dock, which made our aquatic adventures so much easier. The on-site restaurant was another highlight; the food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring we felt welcome. Safety is a priority for us when traveling, and this villa exceeded our expectations in that regard. The entire property felt secure and well-maintained. Moreover, the host was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met promptly and with genuine care. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and we can't recommend this villa enough. We'll definitely be back for another stay!

Summer Family Trip

Perfect for our family of 5! Can’t beat the February Point location or the view! House was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Being able to keep a boat right at the dock is a must in Exuma! Enjoyed our summer getaway :)

Exuma Dream’N was the perfect location! 5 minutes from town, but nice and quiet in February Point. House was stocked with household essentials to get us started. Easy check in process, fast communication from the host. Overall great house!

Pretty Spot - A/C Issues

The home itself is lovely and well-appointed. Nice location but you will definitely want to rent a car to get to town and around the island. The A/C is controlled via NEST by the owners and set to a low of 70 degrees. It is also on a motion sensor. So during the day, while you're out, the house (especially the upper floors) are warming in to the mid-90s and the A/C struggles to get it back down to 70. Homeowners said it was to prevent damage to the unit however, the extreme variation in temps caused it to freeze up several times. If you like to eat, relax or sleep at less than 70 degrees; this is not the spot for you.

A few issues

We asked for an early check-in of 1:30 pm and did not get into the property until 4:30 pm. Our second night there, we had no propane for the grill and had to wait over an hour for delivery. That night our water went out at 7pm and did not return until 10:00 am the following morning….could not wash dishes, take showers or flush toilets and were awakened at 1am as the hot water heater had a piercing noise(we flipped the breaker on it). As a VRBO owner myself, I know issues can happen, but after I communicated all our problems,she offered no comp, and was defensive. After I had to ask for comp, she finally offered a minimal amount. This property is in an absolutely world class location and has stunning views from all rooms in the condo, but the kitchen needs some help. The pots and pans were in poor condition, as the Teflon was so scratched that it is really not safe for anyone. Please acquire a knife sharpener so that guests can sharpen the knives. There are only one or two plates that do not have big chips in them and almost all the glasses are plastic. There are 6 wines glasses…..none that match! The deficiencies could be fixed very easily by the owner visiting her property or paying someone to keep everything in good condition. The on-site property folks were terrific (they had to come almost every day to reset the air-conditioner?), but they stated that they are not responsible for the condition of the contents of the property.
