Exuma Awesome!!!

Incredible house & perfect spot for family of five. Great location for access to Stocking island, Georgetown, and beach activities. Michael answered pretrip questions and gave us great ideas for activities and boat rental with Dwight and Dwight Junior, which was a blast! Cynthia and her crew shopped for groceries before we arrived and made our stay even nicer throughout.Absolutely stunning views of the water! Kayak and paddleboard included. Extremely short walk to two pools, restaurant, and spa services. Highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This villa is incredible—the views are breathtaking, and the house is stocked with everything you could need! The kitchen had all the essentials, plus there were beach towels, toys, floats, and even a dock for our boat.My favorite part? Soaking in the main bath every night while watching the ocean.This is by far the best house we’ve ever stayed in. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing

Stay here...you will not go wrong. This villa is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay and for your enjoyment. You can snorkel right off the back and see amazing fish, turtles and sting rays in the mornings and late afternoons. February Point has a beautiful beach and pool. You won't want to leave ever!

Spring break with the family

The villa was clean and equipped with everything we needed! The property is GORGEOUS and the view is like nothing I’ve seen before. We enjoyed the outdoor living so much! My kids (ages 6 and 4) loved digging around in the sand out back and swinging in the hammock. Cynthia and Michael were very responsive and helpful with any question I had, and Cynthia even went out of her way to shop for us when we ran out of a couple of items. One thing to note - make sure you stock up on toilet paper and paper towels when you go to the market because they go fast! My family would 100% rent this villa again, and hope to in the future!

We had a great time in Exuma and this place was perfect for us! The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner and property manager were quick to respond with any questions we had and we would definitely stay here again!

The property was amazing. Owners supplied lots of water toys (snorkel gear, water floats, kayaks) Location was close to town. February Point is a beautiful safe area with friendly staff. House was clean and everything we could have needed. Saw turtles and nurse shark from dock. Just gorgeous place.

Great Vacation house

Loved the house, ideal to have the beach club a 1 minute walk, for the pool and the restaurant with great kid’s menu. I do suggest you rent a car for grocery shopping or visiting the island. The house was wonderful and very well equipped!

First Visit to Exuma

Beautiful home, excellent, centrally located location and very comfortable. Loved the amazing water views! We enjoyed the kayaks, fishing and snorkeling off the dock and using the pool at the Clubhouse which was a short walk away. The restaurant was very good for lunch and dinner. The fitness room was a bit beat up and needs some improvement but we spent most of our time on the water anyway. The host was easy to communicate with as was the property manager. Rented a boat for two days and had it delivered it and kept it at the marina which was super convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

This house is absolutely wonderful. The location is ideal and is in a gated community. The pool area is a 1 minute walk. This is a must stay! Highly recommend renting a boat!

Amazing house, amazing view, amazing location

The house was so beautiful and clean with everything you needed. Loved having the dock to pull the boat right up to the house and to sit on in the evenings. The location was just 3 minutes to town by boat or car and the views of the water from the house and beautiful outdoor spaces is the prettiest on the island!

Such an amazing house and location!!

My husband and two teenage boys stayed there and it was truly an incredible experience. The house is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. The owner was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed and was very great in communicating. I also loved that the house was in a great location close to grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!
