Very spacious open plan airy kitchen /dinning room and lounge, hard wood floors, over looking the ocean, 4 double bedrooms, (4 double beds)2 with en suite one with bath tub, plus one other shower room .Individual air con, TV/DVD WiFi, dishwasher, 1700sq ft internal single floor area plus large wraparound shady veranda, steps to the sea, sun decking, BBQ, deserted islands walkable at low tide soft sand sea bed, safe swimming and snorkelling, right on the bone fish flats, quiet location. Recently connected fresh town water supply. 10 min drive to George Town,Laundrette 5 min drive, short drive to public beaches.Two 2/3 seat kayaks for your free use.....

We stayed at Three Little Birds for nine nights. The location is amazing. It’s beautiful and peaceful. We brought our paddle boards with us and went out every day. We enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning as well as the sunsets. The house is spacious and was comfortable for 8 people. We had a wonderful stay.

Great place for the price

Great place to stay for a budget friendly stay. Some items in the house (kitchen esp) need updating but we had everything we needed and the water outside the place is a great place to explore.

Outstanding location

We enjoyed the house very much. It was a family vacation and everyone had a good time. The location is beautiful- right on the water where we enjoyed both beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The layout of the house was also very good.

Lovely house, spacious living area for family to share with amazing view. Well located 20 minutes from Blue restaurant (expensive but must go) and Tropic of Cancer beach (must go) and 16 minutes Georgetown where market is located. Rooms each equipped with individual AC units. View from house to the sea is breathtaking. Literally your backyard sea, you can walk 2-3 miles (in both low and high tides) to islands right in front. Sunrise and sunset reading, BBQs or just laying on sun chairs is amazing. Kitchen with plenty of cooking tools. Enjoy your stay.

Amazing place for value

Wake up to beautiful views and the serenity everyone is searching for. A group of sailors came in for the regatta and stayed here and they loved it! Perfect for a larger group of people who want a bit of a getaway from the rustle and bustle. Not to mention they have everything you need. Would highly recommend.

Paradise does exist!

We stayed at the three little birds from august 1st to august 8 2023…and we had an amazing vacation! the location and the views at the ocean are incredible. The house have all you need for coveniences, it’s very clean and confortable. Once again thank you and we are hoping to come back.

Paradise!

Wow! What an amazing place. We loved staying at Three Little Birds. We kayaked, swam and hung out on the porch. The weather was perfect. The view was beautiful. The guest book at the house had awesome recommendations for restaurants and activities. Paradise.

Beautiful location!

Really loved this house, very spacious and well laid out. I thought the double beds might be an issue but they were just fine. House was clean and the location was perfect. I come to exuma a few times a year and I will definitely be booking 3 little birds again. Thank you for sharing your home with my family!

Great stay with beautiful view

Loved our home away from home so much! The owner was responsive and helpful. The home had a beautiful view and doc to swim/kayak right out! Enjoyed coffee out on the deck daily! The beds could have been a little more comfortable/larger for some guests to sleep better. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Amazing property in a great spot

Tony’s home is amazing. We loved the wrap around porch, the dock, and swimming/boating right in front of the house. Very cool to walk out to the sandbar at low tide too. The living space is comfortable especially the large and open plan kitchen and living space. The bedrooms were as described. We’d love to come back!

Perfect!!!

Three Little Birds was more than we could ever ask for! It was perfect, from the amount of space, the cleanliness, and the proximity to the ocean. Nothing beats staying here! The view is just breathtaking, and it’s so nice to have kayaks available and a sun tanning area and little dock all to ourselves! The flats were so calm and perfect for snorkeling, kayaking, fishing. We felt like we had our own private piece of Exuma

Beautiful home and location

The house is adorable and was perfect for our family of 6. The location right on the water can’t be beat. We used the kayaks almost every day. Beware of the mosquitos and the roads! But that’s pretty much everywhere on the island.

The Best Vacation!

The location of Three Birds is amazing. Right on the water, swimmimg daily, kayaking, and fishing the flats. We snorkled every day. Also floats are provided. Close to Georgetown for shopping and eating. Watch the YouTube video.

Paradise at Bone Fish Flats

The property was fantastic. From all of the amenities to its location our expectations were fulfilled. Excellent waterfront with sunsets to enjoy. Walking/kayaking to the sandbar during low tides was a fun experience. Lots to see and do on the island. With this centrally located property we were able to make day trips to both the south and northern tips of the island. Car rental is a must to fully enjoy what the island has to offer. Anthony was very accommodating, thank you for a memorable holiday.

Great location and views. We saw several fish right off the steps in the water, including barracuda and crabs! We had trouble with the living area AC not working and it didn’t get fixed until the last day of our stay. The house could have been a bit cleaner. We had some snacks that were eaten by mice and saw several droppings. Overall a good stay, but the house could have been made more comfortable with some general cleaning and a few more amenities, like extra towels for a weeks stay. Each person was given 1 towel to last the entire week. We had to buy toilet paper and dish soap, too.

Perfect family vacation

The property is really very nice. The house is quite large, perfect for medium or large family. It is on the water, and sandbar is either short kayak (which is included) ride or you can even walk there. Literally a paradise. We loved it so much, so we are looking to return there next year. The owner, Tony, was very responsive and took care of the issues we experienced (kayaks were inoperable). Overall, we were very satisfied! Thank you, Tony!

A fun trip

There were many fun things that we did during our stay. We snorkeled right in front of the house and see some white and yellow fish, kayaked unto the sand bar, and saw many fascinating sea creatures, such as corals of different color and shapes, upside down jellyfish (which we initially thought were sea anemones), gigantic sea cucumbers, and cute little starfish. The house is large and comfortable for our family. We should have paid closer attention to the driving instructions about how to get to the house. Exuma may not have all the modern amenities, but it has so much natural beauty to more than make up for it. Overall, a wonderful trip and we are already planning to come back again.

Perfect Choice for our Group

We enjoyed our recent stay at 3 Little Birds. It was our third time staying on this side of the island so we knew what to expect. We were a group of 1 couple and 3 individuals, so the 4-bedroom setup was perfect for us. The owner was easy to communicate with. The home was just as described. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks to venture out to the sandbar and then walked across and around the island beyond the sandbar. Fun adventure! The location offers some sunrise and sunset views, with easy access into the water. We drove down the street to snorkel the blue hole nearby. Lots of fish to see!

Great house, beautiful view

We had a wonderful week at Three Little Birds. The house is very comfortable, well laid out and gave our family of 6 plenty of space. The view is amazing!! We had lots of sunshine and 80 degree days. Walks out to the sand bar at low tide, snorkeling, kayaking and swimming kept us busy. Beautiful sunsets to end each day. A highlight of the week was an excursion with Off Island Boat Tours, Cpt Chris is great! We also spent a day beach hopping on Little Exuma, unbelievable beaches! The roads to the house are very rough, lots of pot holes and stones. We had a rental minivan, clearance wasnt much of an issue. We drove very very slow and were fine, but it took some getting used to.
