"A very charming and cozy house. Clean and nicely decorated. The host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommmend it to family and friends. Check-in and Check-out was super easy. The location is perfect whether you need to travel within Provo, Orem, or the surrounding areas. And, our host Nathan was prompt to responding to any inquiries. "This townhouse definitely delivered a lot of space and beds for the price. It was generally okay condition, but not really pristine, though. The sheets were clean, but the comforters looked questionable. There were evidence of spiders that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while (window tracks were gross). Extra Linens not folded in closet. We had one shower that slow drained so the water was up to your ankles in 2 minutes and a toilet that we finally turned off the valve because it kept...

"The house was clean and satisfactory. The host need to get back to people sooner when their is a problem. We had a problem with the door lock and they never responded for 5 hours. We just figured it out ourselves. The towels were still wet in the cupboard so we reset them ourselves. My bed was great it was brand new. They might want to consider putting mattresses covers on them to keep them clean for others. As someone who runs a hotel people can have accidents and that is a big safety net. "

"We arrived to the property and had no check in instructions. Ex how to access the bldg, no door code or instructions where the key was. We later found it but never received anything from the landlord. The space was also not cleaned and none of the laundry was done including the bed sheets. "I love the history of the building. It was beautiful and very quiet. I loved how unique it was. The code on the door was wrong, but the owner reset it within 15 minutes, so I was still able to get in. The owner responded very quickly and was extremely helpful. I would stay again in a heartbeat. I loved how food and shops are within walking distance. I wish I could have stayed longer."
