Muy atentos, edificio antiguo con injertos.
Sin quejas por la atención que en la persona del encargado, fue excelente, aportando datos justos de lugares para comer o visitar. Lamentablemente las instalaciones no condicen con las estrellas asignadas.

No volvería muy viejo y caro
Solo pasamos la noche pero nos dejamos llevar por los comentarios positivos que habíamos leído. Este hotel es muyyy viejo y no huele bien en sus pasillos. Las habitaciones son muy antiguas y su precio 90 euros NO lo vale!!! Desayuno completo y la gente del hotel muy amable

Its a little hard yo find the entrance for first time visitor. Staff was very friendly. PARKING WAS UP HILL nd two bocks away. 22.50 per day. Very a cenic city with lots of sites in walking distance.

The staff was wonderful. Every single staff member went out of their way to make you feel welcome. The hotel is in a great area for tourist. Close to the train station and even on the tourist bus route.

Taille et meubles de la chambre tout à fait corrects Balcon pas désagréable du tout Accueil très sympathique en français Bon rapport qualité prix ..malgré un hotel un peu vieillot Bon petit déjeuner et copieux Nous avons pu garer la voiture dans une rue proche de l hotel,ce qui nous a evité de payer un prix faramineux pour le parking Très bon resto gastro en face de l hôtel et pas cher ETAT DE LA DOUCHE VRAIMENT A REVOIR Entrée de l hotel difficile à trouver(en cause la numérotation italienne)

It was a big room and there was an air conditioner for heating. It was very close the train station. The staff was very polite and gentle. The breakfast could be improved with more salty options. The only problem with the room was dust. The inside of air conditioner should be also cleaned.

Hôtel sympa à Gènes
Super séjour à Gènes en couple ! L’hotel est plutôt bien placé, on accede au centre historique de Gènes en une dizaine de minutes de marche. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas exceptionnel mais il fait l’affaire. La chambre est confortable et propre. Le personnel est bienveillant et accueillant !

CHeap and cheerful central hotel in Genoa
Great central venue to explore City. Felt very safe as stayed during Covid-19 outbreak. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Room a little tired in decor but about right for price we paid. Hard mattress so good for anyone with a bad back.

Excellent Location
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an ideal location for the train station, airport bus and cruise port. Whilst our room was very large and clean, it was very basic and could do with being up-dated. It did represent good value for money with breakfast being a bonus.

A very warm welcome, clean cool room. Excellent coffee with breakfast. Plentiful breakfast. Great location. Paoulo gave great advice on where to go and kindly offered assistance on our return journey to genoa. An excellent choice.

Nel cuore di Genova
Buona posizione, comoda per vicinanza treni metro e attrazioni turistiche. L’ingresso scoraggia un po’ , ma poi trovi ottima accoglienza e gentilezza , colazione buona . Stanza discreta ben climatizzata. Peccato per il bagno che è molto alla buona , con vasca da bagno obsoleta e con tendina per la doccia molto scomoda e poco igienica , basterebbe poco per migliorare .
