"It is a scam! The hotel is not prepared for clients and guests. We arrived at midnight after being in Amasra, and the service was highly deficient: there was no Wi-Fi, there were no towels in the room, there was no water (we spent 10 days traveling along Turkey and it was the first time that we found no water, towels and wifi in much much cheaper hotels).
We arrived at midnight, they gave us a room, before realising that the OWNERS of the hotel were celebrating a dinner with tens of friends right next to our room. It was noise, music in the beginning, and they just turned it off after complaining in the reception about the scene we had in front of us.
We only wanted to have rest and sleep, as in any normal hotel; but the owner didn’t allowed us to do so. The staff could not do much, and he explained to me that, as the noisy people were friends of the owner, he could not asked them to be quiet. Moreover, we asked the staff for another solution: to change our room to a more quiet one. Apparently, changing the room was imposible, because the hotel was full.
The owners just want money, but they do not give any hotel service. It was a really shameless situation!"
