Primary Suite – Spacious king bedroom with lake views, a huge walk-in closet, and blackout shades.

Bedroom 2 – Quiet queen bedroom overlooking the backyard with blackout shades, perfect for sleeping in.

Bedroom 3 – Full bed with a twin-over-full bunk, lake views, a walk-in closet, dresser, and blackout shades.

Additional Sleeping – Queen pull-out sofa in the main living room, allowing the home to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests.

Full Bath – Upstairs with a tub/shower combination.

Half Bath – Conveniently located on the main floor.

🏠 Boathouse – Keep drinks and snacks cold in the refrigerator while you enjoy your day at the lake.

🚗 Easy Access – Prefer not to carry everything? You're welcome to drive over and park one vehicle near the lakefront for easy unloading.

Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire home, both indoors and out, with easy self-check-in. Please note, that there is private lake property situated across the road from the lake. Guests can walk across the road and railroad tracks or drive down the side of the tracks to access the lake. The lake property is for guest access only.



The Neighborhood:

Set along Seneca Lake, Casa Genova is located on a main lakeside road that provides easy access to the area and nearby attractions. While the home feels connected to nature and offers beautiful lake views, guests should expect passing traffic, including vehicles traveling at higher speeds at times. The property is conveniently located near restaurants, wineries, and local highlights, making it easy to explore the Finger Lakes while still enjoying a comfortable stay.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended for exploring the area. Private taxis/car services and private wine tours are available.



Other Things to Note:

➡️ Please note: We provide cooking basics, with the exception of oil at this time—it will be included in the future.

➡️ The house is located across the road from the lake.

➡️ A Pack ’n Play is available at the property in the upstairs closet

➡️ Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and any outdoor smoking must be done away from the house.

➡️ Boats cannot be docked at the property.

➡️ Guests must sign Get Red-y Vacations' guest rental agreement before check-in.

➡️ The fire pit and kayaks for guest use at their own risk.
