Inside, you'll find a bright, welcoming layout all on one level—ideal for families and guests of all ages. The country-style kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and gather, opening into a dining area and comfortable living room with a large TV and plush seating. The sunny Florida room just off the living area is the perfect spot to sip coffee in the morning or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun goes down. Sliding doors lead directly outside to the lakefront patio, so you're never far from the view.

Three bedrooms and one full bathroom provide plenty of space for everyone to relax. Two rooms feature queen beds, while the third offers a twin—great for a child or solo guest. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra flexibility.

Step outside and the real magic begins. A wide lakeside patio spans the back of the house, offering multiple spots to sit back and take in the scenery. Soak in the hot tub overlooking the water, or head down a few easy steps to the natural beach and shoreline. The gradual water depth makes it ideal for swimming, kayaking, and paddle play for both kids and adults. You'll also have access to a permanent dock and boat hoist if you're bringing watercraft along.

When you're ready to explore, Seneca Sunsets puts you right on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Visit nearby favorites like Ventosa Vineyards and Three Brothers Wineries, or stop by War Horse Brewery and local distilleries for something different. Downtown Geneva is just a short drive away with great restaurants, shops, and a beautiful lakefront park.

In the evenings, gather outside to watch the sun melt into the horizon, painting the sky in shades of pink and gold. 1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
