Buen Hotel.Mal servicio de limpieza.Una pena
Buen Hotel en líneas generales. Bien situado, cómodo, decoración muy sencilla, muy zen, pero muy agradable. Cama excelente, amplia y cómoda, con buena calidad de almohadas. No tiene aire acondicionado y en ocasiones se agradecería. El parking muy bueno aunque difícil de encontrar y muy caro, pero eso como toda la ciudad. Nota negativa: La limpieza.No nos hicieron la habitación a pesar de estar fuera desde las 9 a las 18 h. Una persona no es suficiente. Desde ese punto de vista muy mal.

Querido cliente, Gracias por tomarse el tiempo para compartir su experiencia en nuestro hotel. En cuanto a sus comentarios, tenemos aire acondicionado en todo el hotel. Sin embargo, debe dejar la tarjeta en el caso incluso cuando la deje para que no deje de funcionar. Además, acepte nuestras disculpas si no se ha hecho la sala: esto no es normal; especialmente si no colocó el letrero de "No molestar" en la puerta. ¿Le comunicó esta información a la recepción durante su estadía para que esta supervisión significara algo para el ama de llaves y no volviera a ocurrir? Sin embargo, esperamos tener la oportunidad de darle la bienvenida nuevamente para darle una mejor opinión sobre nosotros.

Tres Estrellas Suizas
Disfruté mucho la estancia en el hotel. La habitación fue muy cómoda; el servicio de la recepción amable y servicial; la limpieza impecable (aunque a veces el servicio de recámara fue muy temprano) el desayuno bueno y, en general, la ubicación a los sitios a los que yo iba durante mi viaje, muy buena. Uno no debe evitar que las clasificaciones (estrellas) se deben leer en contexto: tres estrellas suizas equivalen a cuatro en España, América Latina o a hotel "ejecutivo" de América del Norte.

Hotel de lo mejor en precio y ubicación
Muy buen hotel. Significativamente con buen trato, amabilidad y disposición. En general bueno y tiene a su favor que es relativamente más económico a otros de la misma categoría y quizá de menor calidad a este. En todo caso escogerlo es en definitiva recomendable a pesar de la distancia hacia el centro de la ciudad, la cual es mínima y representa un punto menos que importante en la ciudad, ya que todo esta muy cerca y además se cuenta con el beneficio de que en Ginebra los turistas ni pagan transporte local.

Fantastic hotel in a not so nice location
The hotel was a great surprise. It is modern, clean and stylish and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location however was not the best in town, but it is 20 mins away from the city centre which was ok. I definitely recommend.

Hotel Jade en Ginebra (Suiza). Recomendable
Estancia de 3 días en agosto. Hotel muy recomendable, a 10 minutos de la estación de tren y un poco alejado del centro. En los alrededores hay varios restaurantes. A destacar la amabilidad del personal de recepción siempre dispuestos a ayudarte, en especial el recepcionista de tarde del fin de semana. Habitaciones muy, muy correctas, con todo lo necesario para el aseo. Buena limpieza. Como negativo destacaria la poca insonorización de las habitaciones y que el personal de limpieza comienza su trabajo a las 7,30 h. y hace demasiado ruido interrumpiendo el descanso.

He estado en Ginebra en varias ocasiones y este es el hotel que más me ha gustado. La habitación es moderna, con todas las comodidades de uno de 4 (minibar, caja fuerte, secador) e incluso con productos para el baño. Está cerca de Cornavin pero no pegado (10 minutos) lo cual nos gustó porque no suelen ser de mi agrado los hoteles justo en frente de las estaciones (colgadillos, follon). Solo teniamos alojamiento (sin desayuno). Es un buen hotel, más barato que otros de Ginebra aunque sigue siendo caro si comparas con los españoles. En España por una habitación así, pagas menos y tienes desayuno y si te descuidas hasta media pensión incluida. Asi es Suiza.

They were great at accomodating a room switch for my friend and I when we put in a expedia request for a king bed instead of twins. They also gave us a city transit card and the tram stations were really walkable to the hotel. I used the tram to get to the Geneva airport and train from Paris.

I stayed at Hotel Jade as a solo traveller for 3 nights in December. I enjoyed my stay, and for a short city break it met my requirements. The lobby area was small but nicely decorated for Christmas, the breakfast area was also small with limited options but enough choice for me. The staff were friendly. The room was nice, tidy and clean. I was put in a room next to another room which was being redecorated which was a bit annoying in the day time but as I was out most of the time it didn't affect me. The shower head was a bit wobbly which was my main gripe. Easy to walk to the lake and trams also very close. But overall a nice 3* hotel. I would stay again.

Nice room and very nice ensuite. Plenty of space for the two of us and our bags/clothes etc. The room was very hot and turning off the heating didn't help it cool down much, so we slept with the window slightly open (in January)

Very nice hotel but small breakfast area.
Very nice small hotel. I especially appreciated the possibility of early check in. The room had large TV, mini bar, tea maker and bath tube. The price was very good for the quality that we got. The quality and choice of the breakfast is very satisfying. The only disadvantage is that the breakfast area is very small and very crowded after 9am. We had to wait for a free table and there is no good place to wait without disturbing people who are eating their breakfast.

We were very pleased with the location and comfort of the Jade Hotel. It is next to some parts of Geneva’s old town that have a well-developed restaurant scene and just one block from major tram lines. (One of those tram lines will get you to the main train station in less than 10 minutes where you can catch a train to the airport.) Our room featured comfortable mattresses, well-functioning A/C, and even synthetic pillows for anyone who dislikes feather-stuffed pillows. Our favorite aspect of the hotel, though, was the generous and varied buffet breakfast that is served every day from 7-11 a.m. We would definitely stay here again on any future visits to Geneva.

Quiet hotel in Geneva
The hotel was clean & quiet, the AC worked well, and close to public transportation and restaurants. The deep tub was especially welcoming after a long day. Although it's in the city, the window faces a small courtyard so you're not looking into someone else's apartment or facing the street. The staff was nice, a special mention to Rui who saved us a ton of time Monday morning by recommending taking the train to the airport rather than taxi or bus (which get caught in traffic). Highly recommend!
