This was our second stay. We love that property has six private master bedrooms with private baths. Perfect for our large group. Location is excellent. Walking distance to everything on the strip. Will be booking again for next year.

We had a large group for our annual GOTL trip, we rented 2 units at Eagle Cliff. Every year we see something update in the large unit and the smaller unit had been completely updated. The units were both very clean and convenient to the Strip. Our group loves the front porch and the fire pit in the back has lots of chairs and always plenty of wood. Matt is great to work with.

This was the most perfect place to stay for our Girl’s wine trip!!! Each lady had their own bed and their own bathroom! The house was very clean! The AC worked great! Loved the porch! So great for people watching!!!The bands were good at the neighboring bar, so we were able to enjoy the music! And they only played until 10:30, so it wasn’t terrible! We will be making this an annual trip!!!! We loved the historical home!

Right in the action

The house was clean and having a full bathroom for every room was a great convenience. The second floor laundry also came in handy. There was plenty of room for parking for everyone as well. Bed linens, towels and toilet paper were plentiful and we did not have to ask for anything extra during our stay. We would recommend this place for 10 to 12 people at a time. Our only issue was that multiple people rented the small suite off to the side and they share the front porch which is irritating to have people walk thru our porch area to get to theirs so you are always moving your feet and games as people come thru. Other than that, the stay was great!Mike K.

We stayed in this house for 4 days with a group of 6 people, and overall, it was a great experience. The location was absolutely perfect—right in the middle of town, which made everything easily accessible. As expected, it was a bit noisy at times due to the central location, but that comes with the territory and wasn’t a major issue for us.The house itself was clean and well-kept, which we really appreciated. The towels provided were exceptionally soft—such a nice touch! There was plenty of space for all of us, and it felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived.A few small improvements could make the stay even better. We could have used a couple more hairdryers to accommodate everyone, and the bedrooms would benefit from having bedside lamps for softer lighting in the evenings.Despite those minor things, the house served our needs well and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for groups looking to enjoy the convenience of a central location with clean, comfortable accommodations.

Great for large group

Loved every room had a private bathroom. Got some steps in because all the bedrooms are on the second floor. Check-in was super easy! The restaurant directly across street (GOTL) served delicious food and great being so close.

Small bachelorette weekend

Great house for a group

A group of six women stayed in the house and it was perfect since we each had our own bed and bath. Going in the off-season means that most restaurants and stores are closed, but it allows for great hiking in parks and on the beach.

Great weekend in GOTL

Had a wonderful time with friends at the Eagle Inn over the weekend. Plenty of space inside and out. Loved the wrap around porch. Close to everything at GOTL. Very responsive owners. Great trip!

Great place for a large group

We had 14 in our group. 12 stayed at Eagle Cliff and 2 stayed in the cottage behind. The property is very clean and each year we are there we see more improvements. See you again next year!!
