Mini get away
Stayed a few days. The place is always kept clean. No major surprises. Wegmans and a Super Walmart are right down the street. Lots of wineries, breweries, etc. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Great first-time getaway in Geneva
This was my first time visiting Geneva. The cabin was beautiful. It was the perfect size for 3 guests. The location was excellent - wineries and farms are within minutes. Downtown Geneva was about a 10 minute drive. Watkins Glen was about a 35 minute drive. The cabin was supplied with all the essentials (towels, linens, kitchen equipment, laundry, grill). I had an internet issue during my stay, and the owner was responsive and offered to come by and help. Messaging via vrbo was the best way to contact. The issue was resolved without owner assistance. Overall my family and I had a relaxing stay.

Charming cabin
Perfect size for our small group of cousins. Stephen and Sean were so very helpful when we had trouble with the front door (operator error for sure). Serene setting- enjoyed wine in the evening and coffee in the morning!

Loved "The Little House on the Prairie"
We loved our stay in this peaceful, pastoral cabin above Seneca Lake. We (two friends and I) dubbed it "The Little House on the Prairie," and it made a perfect home base for our reunion at Hobart and William Smith in June. Particularly lovely were the golden mornings on the front porch, where we ate our breakfast and planned our day. The cabin was well-equipped, and we found everything we needed. One suggestion would be to alert guests that the coffee machine uses those little individual pod thingies. We brought ground coffee and filters with us, but we had to improvise a bit to make the coffee (using a strainer to hold the filters). Not a big deal. Overall, we loved the cabin and the location. I'd love to come back some day.

Great Time in the Finger Lakes (Lake Seneca)
Great country cabin with all the modern amenities. Ten minutes outside (south) of Geneva, NY. 1/2 mile from Seneca Lake. 40 minutes above (north of) Watkins Glen. We were able to launch personnel kayaks at Seneca State Park 15 minutes away. Surrounded by vineyards, good restaurants in Geneva. Multiple hikes and waterfalls within an hour of the house.

Great stay!
Our Thanksgiving family holiday was so much fun at the cottage! From there, we went to Skaneatles and enjoyed local holiday festivities! We watched an Ohio State game on TV! The cottage was a clean and comfortable place to be together! Loved the bedrooms, best mattresses and bedding!! So comfy! Good hangout space on the porch, used the back fire pit and threw the football around the front yard in the sun! Good times! I recommend staying there!

Cute cabin in a peaceful area
This cabin was everything it said it was. Clean, view of lake, and close to the attractions. It was my birthday weekend and we had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay again. The host was always accessible and kind…we were a half hour early for check in and he said we could go right in and the code to door didn’t work but he answered the phone quickly and made it right. We really enjoyed our stay!

Long Weekend Getaway
My husband and I (and our black lab) spent 4 nights at this awesome cabin. We came to visit family members that live in the area. The cabin was cozy, neat, and clean with all the amenities we could want. It was peaceful. The weather was perfect. The foliage was beautiful, and there was so much to do in the area. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. (I could see myself retiring here.) Love, love, love it.

Great cabin,great location
We stayed in Honeyoye cabin for 2 weeks. It was a great location. Peaceful and quiet in the morning, great breezes for evening cocktails and dinner on the deck. Private and safe,yet great wineries, breweries and restaurants are close by. Se even Ca lake state park is only a few miles away with a great waterfront board walk, biking trails, kiddie parks and local ice cream

Peace and tranquility
My husband and I have coming to Seneca lake for 10 years now. We have stayed at various homes or hotels during our many visits to the area. We decided to return to the Cobb Tree home rentals because of the very peaceful environment of this small development. We come up four times a year and hope for our Home return we are able to secure this home again

Outstanding cottage. Great location, and beautiful setting.
Love this cottage. It’s far enough off main highway but close enough to go anywhere you want to go. Location to Geneva is perfect. Went to two great restaurants for dinner. Cooked our breakfast right there in the cottage. It’s well stocked with cook ware and utensils. Love the wonderful view and setting. It’s a great place to stay and enjoy.

Perfect location!
LOVED this cabin! Perfect location proximal to several of the lakes - dining, antiquing and of course wineries. Some of the kitchen pans need updated as they have served their purpose. Other than that superb linens and cozy climate! And the view and front porch were fantastic! We will return!

Relaxing getaway
My wife and I stayed in this well maintained cabin for 4 days. The property is located on the west side of Seneca Lake and close to many nice wineries/breweries. A short drive north takes you into the town of Geneva where there are many restaurants and shops. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Great cabin well located

Wonderful, Pet Friendly Rental
We really enjoyed our stay in the Honeoye cabin. It had everything we needed, right down to the towels and coffee filters! We got caught up on our rest as the beds were comfortable. Our dogs enjoyed their stay too. It was quiet, clean and quaint. We will definitely visit again! Highly recommend!
