Wonderful lakefront condo with spectacular views & amenities. Close to everything! Take a 15 minute drive to Ashtabula Harbor and 25 minute trip to Conneaut Ohio to see the park & lighthouse. Lots of great food choices, too! Alessandros, Mary's Diner in Geneva, & Ferrante Winery to name a few we sampled.

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Loved the views of the water, and even saw an eagle fly by. Everything was just as described, if not better. I only wish I'd realized that "basic soaps" does not include shampoo. Otherwise, everything we could need was supplied, and the space itself was perfect for a pastors' retreat. Thank you!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The unit was clean ,comfortable and beautifully decorated. More spacious than I anticipated. Beds were very comfortable. Entire complex is well maintained. It was great to sit on the balcony on the comfy patio furniture and drink coffee in the morning looking at the lake. Beautiful colors at sunset. We would definitely stay again!

Very neat and nice property. Great view! Close to wineries. Had everything we needed! Great instructions for TV so guys could watch sports!! Nice comfy beds! Kitchen had everything we needed. Great communication w owner too.

Despite an initial problem the cleaning of the condo our stay was outstanding. Not only did the cleaners not show up as expected they neglected to inform the owner. once we informed the owner she qickly resolved the problem. In addiron the owner rebatedthe cleaning fee for our inconvenience. the owner from start to finish was gracious ad easy to deal with. The condo was as advertised with a well equipped kitchen, comfort beds, plus all the other amenties expected of a condo in this price range. finally we intend to rent this condo again in the spring.

What a wonderful getaway! This condo was everything I had hoped it would be and more. Sitting on the balcony and taking in the view, sounds of the waves, and fresh lake breezes was overwhelmingly beautiful and relaxing. It was perfectly described in the listing , so it didn’t disappoint.

We found the property to be all that was described. Had no problems with the instructions on how to use the amenities. We loved the view and the sound of the lake waves. We utilized one of the host's recommendations to hire Brandon for a wine tasting tour. He was very knowledgeable about the area and we enjoyed all of his suggestions. Would love to stay here again if the opportunity arises. As we were all over 70, we definitely enjoyed the two elevators. Also want to mention how wonderful the communication was with the owners.

Property in excellent location and excellent condition to make our stay a memorable one. We hope to make this an annual get together for our family. Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the indoor pool, the beach, roominess of the condo and fun on Geneva On the Lake strip. Host provided everything you need to make this an enjoyable stay.

We booked this location on a whim for my husband’s birthday & it didn’t disappoint. The view of the lake was breathtaking! We loved having private access to the little beach and the condo was very quiet which made for a relaxing trip! We can’t wait to book again next year!

My wife and I wanted to have a weekend getaway to a place neither of us had visited so we chose Geneva as our destination. The condo is exactly what we wanted. It is exceptionally maintained and has gorgeous views of Lake Erie. It is close to everything that we wanted to do and was the perfect place for us to rest and relax. The owners are very responsive, and they want you to have a good time while you are there. We could not have asked for a better experience and are already planning our return trip.

The place was clean, nice, great location! Beds were very comfortable! Just what we needed for a volleyball weekend at Spire nearby. We had small issue with the owner needing me to send the rental agreement multiple times before she would give us check in information, but that resolved quickly. Also we were blamed for a towel rod that was broken before we checked in and were charged a repair fee. Partly my fault as I didn’t inform the owner right away.
