Lovely old farmhouse at the end of the lane. Exclusive access to the beach. Two minute walk to the strip. Great communication from the owner. Neighbors were quiet and respectable. Everything you need is there. All in all a wonderful weekend. Planning to go back next year and every year after.

Walk to everything!

We love the fact that you can park once and walk to everything on the strip. This property was once again very clean, cool (important with this humidity ) close to everything and all of our friends and family who also go to GOTL. Having access to our own beach is a wonderful bonus! Sunsets from your beach or the Firehouse Winery next door are INCREDIBLE!

The perfect location!!! So close to everything but at the end of a peaceful street. Great views of the lake from the porch and a cute restaurant a few doors down for breakfast or lunch! We loved being able to park the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go!

Stayed for the weekend to celebrate a friends birthday. The location could not be more perfect. Right in the middle of the strip and right on the water. It has a beautiful private beach. I reached out to the host with a question and received an immediate response. Highly recommend this house. It checked all the boxes for our group. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful Lakefront House

The house and grounds were lovely, situated on Lake Erie. The pictures in the listing beautifully captured the charm of this cottage/house. We already booked for next year, can’t wait to go back!

Location location location!!!!

This house is right in the middle of the strip in the heart of it all!!! However, once you’re at the house it feels private, it’s quiet, relaxing and the sound of the waves is so peaceful while sitting on the porch. Inside has all of the comforts of home including fresh smells, clean towels, clean linens a stocked kitchen and 2 bathrooms which is always a plus with plenty of TP. The owner is very kind and answers all questions honestly and in a timely manner. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

A short walk to the heart of the GOTL strip!

Just two blocks from the main drag, and located at the end of the street on the bluff of Lake Erie, made this a quiet setting to relax and watch the sunrise and sunset when not enjoying the atmosphere of GOTL.

Great location for a Geneva trip

Great place to stay. Perfect strip location and has access to walk down to the water. Area is perfect to have fire by the water for a beautiful relaxing space . House could use a few updates but great space for 7 of us! Couch is very comfy! Big open living room to host a party. Did have a few dust tumbleweeds on stair well and spiders/webs in a few corners but beds and linens were clean and ready to use. Unfortunately it was may fly time so we were unable to enjoy the big front porch. Host is a great communicator and wonderful to work with. I recommend giving this place a try!

Great Location

This was a really nice rental right on the water, an absolutely perfect location. We had a large group of relatives stop by for my mother's 90th birthday and it was terrific. The house had plenty of room for 20 people to mingle and the access to the beach was ideal. Also, we had to head back at night and leave our two adult children and their spouses from out of town without a car and being just off the strip, they were able to walk out and have really nice evenings. Highly recommend this house.
