Vacation by the Pond with a Hot Tub: Two Vacation Homes with Gardens for 8 People

Our **** vacation homes, Kilian and Annchen, are two separate, interconnected vacation homes, each accommodating 4 people. Each vacation home has its own terrace, and the large garden is available for shared use. There is also a covered outdoor common area in front of the cottages with barbecue facilities.

Both cottages feature 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower, toilet, and 2 sinks), 1 living and dining area, and 2 utility rooms. In addition to the curtains on the windows, there are wooden shutters for blocking out the light. A separate room houses the washer and dryer.

On the covered terrace at Haus Annchen, there is a private hot tub that can be used for 8 € per 24 hours.
The area behind the covered terraces is also available for relaxing and playing, for example, at the on-site ping-pong table.
The small pond is located right next to the garden (not a swimming lake). A public playground is just a few meters away. The area is perfect for walking and biking. The “Speicherbecken” swimming lake—which features a stylish restaurant, a large playground, and a sandy beach—is 800 meters away. The lake offers additional activities: stand-up paddleboarding, windsurfing, sailing, diving, or simply swimming in the lake.

Shopping options are 3 km away; a highly recommended bakery is 1 km away.

A wallbox is available for use at the house for an electricity fee.

The price includes cleaning, bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi, and other utilities.
