    Discover the perfect setup for families or multiple groups traveling together. This unique property combines a spacious 4-bedroom main house with a fully self-contained, studio-style granny flat at the rear, all within one booking.
    Your Space Includes:
    The Main House: A comfortable 4-bedroom home featuring 5 beds to sleep up to 8 guests. It boasts a modern living area with a massive 65-inch smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dedicated dining area.
    The Private Granny Flat: A stylish and efficient one-bedroom studio located at the back of the property. It features a comfortable queen-size bed, its own kitchenette, and a private bathroom, ideal for 2 guests seeking extra privacy.

    Please Note: The granny flat is part of your private booking. Guests staying in the flat will need to walk outside to access their studio (as shown in the pictures). The backyard and parking area are shared between the main house and the granny flat occupants from your group.
    Your location couldn`t be more convenient - just minutes from Deakin University`s Waurn Ponds Campus, and the major employment precinct. With easy access to the Princes Freeway, you`re perfectly positioned to explore all that Geelong and the Great Ocean Road have to offer, while being only an hour from Melbourne. Whether you`re visiting for university, work, or to explore the region, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, space and unbeatable location.
    Good to Know:
    The granny flat is accessed via a separate external entrance. The large backyard is a fantastic shared space for the whole group to enjoy together!

    • WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE. Breaking any of the house rules may result in immediate eviction, with no refund of rent and security bond.
    • Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. If you smoke, please do so outside. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies.
    • Furniture should not be moved around the house and utensils, crockery etc. not to be removed from the premises. You will be liable for any damage caused from the moving of furniture and bond charged accordingly.
    • Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
    • All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out.
    • Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out.
    • Any loss of keys or remote controls has to be reported to us immediately. Charges of key or lock replacement may be imposed if keys or remote were lost, damaged or not returned to the lock box.
    • Early check-in may be arranged (is subject to availability) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
    • To ensure your comfort and convenience, we have provided an initial supply of essential amenities such as toilet paper rolls. Should you require additional supplies, you can find local stores nearby where you can easily purchase them.
    • To maintain a mature and responsible environment. we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings. The host reserves the right of final interpretation.
    • A security bond will be required.

    By confirming your reservation, you have read and agreed to adhere to these rules prior to booking. Failure to comply with these rules could result in the loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property.
