    Drive down the private driveway and enjoy the ease of parking, with two dedicated options: either directly in front of the unit’s garage or in the convenient space to the left, right beside the entrance. Step through the front door into a warm and inviting two-storey retreat. The ground floor opens into a spacious, open-plan living area designed for relaxation and comfort. Soft natural light pours in through large windows, offering calming views of the greenery just outside on the private patio. The living room is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, with Wi-Fi available to keep you connected throughout your stay. Just beyond the lounge, you'll find a dining area with a table that seats four - ideal for home-cooked meals, a morning coffee, or a cosy board game night. The large windows in the dining space create a bright, airy feel during the day and a welcoming ambiance in the evening. Tucked into the corner is a modern, well-equipped kitchen. Though compact in size, it has everything you need for a short weekend escape or a longer, more settled visit. You'll find all the essentials: a full-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, and stovetop - ready for anything from a quick breakfast to a hearty home-cooked dinner. Whether you're staying for a few nights or a few weeks, this unit offers a perfect blend of practicality and comfort.

    The laundry area is conveniently located through the kitchen, tucked away for easy access while still maintaining a tidy flow through the home. Inside, you’ll find a washing machine available for your use, along with a portable clothes airing rack - perfect for drying clothes indoors or near the patio on sunny days. For your convenience, the space also includes an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, and a selection of cleaning supplies should you need them during your stay. Additionally, there's a separate toilet within the laundry room, providing an extra facility for guests and making the space even more practical and guest-friendly.



    Step outside to the private patio from the living area - a secure, enclosed space that’s perfect for both relaxation and letting your furry friend roam freely off-leash, without any worries about them wandering off. The area is a combination of decking, surrounded by garden beds. It’s an ideal spot for morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply soaking up some fresh air. An outdoor clothesline is mounted on the back of the garage for your convenience, should you wish to dry laundry in the sunshine. You’ll also find comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing and making the most of Geelong’s lovely weather.



    Head upstairs to find two comfortable bedrooms and the main bathroom, all thoughtfully laid out for convenience and privacy.

    Bedroom 1, located to the right at the top of the stairs, is bright and airy with plenty of natural light streaming through the windows. It features a queen-sized bed with quality linens, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. A split system for personalised climate control which ensures year-round comfort, and the generous built-in robes provide ample storage for longer stays.

    Bedroom 2 is directly ahead as you reach the top of the stairs. This room includes a cosy double-sized bed, a split system for personalised climate control, and spacious built-in wardrobes stocked with extra blankets for your comfort. Like the first bedroom, it also enjoys lovely natural light during the day, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

    To the left of the landing is the main bathroom, equipped with a bath - great for a relaxing soak - alongside a modern walk-in shower and a practical vanity with storage.

    Please Note: The Property is fitted with a camera on the entry into the property.



    Guest Access:

    You will have entire access to the unit including the garage.

    Keys will be placed in a secure key safe located at the property before your arrival. 12 hours prior to your check-in details will be sent out with specific details on the location of the key safe and code. You will not need to come to our office to collect.



    The Neighborhood:

    The property is located on Addis St in the suburb of Geelong West. You will be within 5 mins walk of the local Woolworths, Pizza Shop, cafes and convenience stores and a 5 min drive from the Geelong Ring Road and CBD centre. Getting Around If you’re not bringing your own vehicle there is public transport via the local bus network accessible on Shannon Avenue, about a 5-7 min walk from the property. Ubers are also readily available in this area.
