Our family truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious home with its spectacular views. Malia and Arnie were proactive hosts who made check-in a snap and were available whenever needed. The beds were comfortable and hot tub hot. Considering this is a large home on the beach it was remarkably clean and sand free. We would definitely stay again!

We chose this home for a multi-family / generational getaway and we were thrilled were our decision! The view was the first thing we noticed; it will take your breath away. The home was immaculately clean, well stocked, wonderfully laid out for relaxing with games and recreation equipment for all ages. It’s on a dead end so it was very quiet and felt like we were in our own little world. The owners were very prompt with communication when I had a few questions about the property. We hope to come back again! Thank you so much!

Our stay in this well equipped Gearhart beach house was great! The house is stocked with lots of recreational gear and situated right on the sand. The views looking back over the sandbar at Tillamook head and the lights of Seaside in the distance were magical. The wildlife is abundant, blue heron, bald eagles and the elk even paid us a visit. Highly recommended this getaway!!

This house is a great location with beautiful views of the water and mountains. We enjoyed having the beach front location and our dog loved that too! We saw eagles, herons and other varieties of birds during our stay. We really liked how clean it was and how beautifully decorated it was. There are many places to gather inside and outside the home. The kitchen was very well stocked and beds were comfortable. The description of the home was exactly as stated on VRBO. We did like the quiet neighborhood and being a short drive from Seaside was nice. We would definitely rent again.

This was our second stay here and we loved it just as much the second time around! Beautiful home, amazing property that has fun foe everyone (from our ten year old to grandparents and all the ages in between!). Owners are very re responsive. Wonderful place to stay!

The house was an absolute blast! Perfect location, easy communication with the hosts, so many amenities, so much space, the kitchen was fully stocked with our kitchen needs, and the views were perfect. We didn’t have to leave the property to have fun, and by the end; we wanted to extend our stay. Our group of friends/co-workers want to come back and stay again!

Beautiful location. Very nice house that is dog friendly. The good, it was private, quiet, and a peaceful stay. Sitting in the hot tub at night and walking the area was a perfect weekend. The house was big, perfect for large gatherings and events with tons of amenities. The managing company was very responsive and helpful. The bad, the house is too big for two people on a weekend trip, definitely recommend for larger groups and families. There was no AC and the house gets warm in the daytime so you have to open windows and use fans. The view is off the beach on an inlet, and there is a good walk to the beach. There is no clear walking path to the inlet area. Overall a great house, peaceful stay, good location.

Kids didn’t want to leave!

We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved all the amenities— playing, exploring, and making memories They truly didn’t want to leave! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, yet still peaceful and relaxing.The home was clean when we arrived and well maintained, which made settling in so easy. A huge thank you to Malia for being such a gracious and responsive host and to the cleaning team for their work.We did accidentally be behind a small jewelry box in the bedroom downstairs. It was very special to my daughter because it’s tied to the memories she made during our stay. If it’s been found, it would mean the world to her if it could be sent back and we’re more than happy to cover the shipping.Thank you again for helping make our family memories so special. We’d happily stay here again for a great family getaway!

Fun in the Sun

This home worked well with our extended family. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. We enjoyed all the amenities including ping pong, corn hole, foosball, and hot tub! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was a great place to prepare and eat all while taking in the amazing peaceful view! We saw a bald eagle, a turkey vulture, a heron, bunnies, a deer and a coyote!!! We would definitely return!

Perfect getaway

Gearhart is a small sleepy town on the coast but next to touristy Seaside if needed. The house is perfectly located on the estuary beach that feels almost private. House has everything you need for a family vacation on the beach. There are plenty of relaxing activities inside or outside. Very clean, and kitchen is well equipped. Hot tub is great and well maintained. Personal fire pit is equipped with firewood. Digging for clams or crabbing equipment is there as well. Kayaking at a high tide in the estuary was an added benefit.
