No toilet paper. Took over a day to get delivered. No paper towels either. House was Useless for night 1 because we basically couldn't use the bathroom after a long day of travel. Will be disputing charges because VRBO has offered no solution and custo.er setvice hung up onus multiple times during attempts to re.edy.

The house was cute, comfortable and very well equipped and has a full wraparound porch with a view of the ocean. Gearhart is a cool and very quiet little beach hamlet that suited us quite well. Terrific visit.

Family Reunion

This house really worked well for our group. The bedrooms were delightfully decorated and beds were comfy. Bathrooms conveniently located. Comfortable seating in the living room. Kitchen was good and well equiped with a big clean frig and dishwasher. Deck was fabulous with great view and plenty of seating space.. Thanks for sharing your home with us.!!

Great Gearhart Trip!

Our group ranges from 8-80 and we couldn’t have had a better setup. Despite some rainy windy weather we’d rate our stay a 10. Plenty of room to curl up with a book, play games or watch sports on tv. Great amenities for cooking and sharing a meal around the family size dining table. And when the sun came out a spacious deck for more fun and food.

Cute beach cottage!

Our family had an amazing stay here. Our second year in a row at this house and it didn’t disappoint! Super cute cottage feel, but also so clean and great views! The house also has a lot of stocked items (especially in the kitchen). Will definitely stay here again next summer!

Great time!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful Gearhart home. The house provided plenty of space for individual quiet time as well as for group time in the living and dining areas. The kitchen was equipped with any pot or utensil a cook might need, and the beds were very comfortable. We all rated it five star and hope to come back for another stay in the future. (Having tennis/pickleball/basketball courts nearby was an additional benefit for the grandkids.)

Out of a Nancy Meyers movie

Gearhart is a beautiful and quiet town. Celebrating our mothers 70th birthday required something special, something completely her — Gin Ridge was the answer. Tastefully decorated but with so much character. The photos don’t do it justice. Comfortable beds, classic, beautiful, unstuffy decor, a well appointed kitchen and a beautiful deck with the nicest peekaboo view I could imagine. On a nice day, lunch at the mcmennamins was totally walking distance along the beach. A 1910 home can be expected to have don’t issues. There was one clogged toilet, but with three bathrooms - it didn’t actually cause a huge issue to just use the other two and not overload the downstairs toilet. I think we just flushed it too many times in a row since it was the downstairs toilet folks used while hanging out. I wonder if a “if it’s yellow, let it mellow” sign might be a good idea to avoid this in the future? So even with that - we’d 100% come back. Replies from management were prompt and direct. Perfect weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed Gin Ridge.

Sweet and Charming home!

So glad to have found a place that had enough beds for 6 adults! The home is somewhat rustic, but clean and quaint. The cleaning crew was still on site when we arrived but they were so friendly and were gone by the time we returned from dinner.
