"Fantastic location!!! Takes you 2 minutes to walk to the beach! Close driving distance to great towns like Seaside and Astoria! We recommend checking out the Indian costal trail abiut 20 minutes out, spectacular views, about 4 miles there and back. You should also check out the Cathedral trail and Column in Astoria where you can throw a wooden plane off a tower! We also recommend going to the Sandtrap bar thats another 2 minute walk from the property and Grandmas Corner for a good hearty...

"This is a cool house; the family agrees. It was built in 1912, reminded me of the movie Sunset Boulevard so old and it show it in places. Part of the charm. One reviewer noted a musty smell. All old beach houses in Oregon are musty and one step ahead of the decay. Also part of the charm. Great location, wonderful yard. Want to go back"
