The Space:

The bedroom area is furnished with a comfortable double bed with an upholstered headboard and high-quality hotel bedding. Carefully selected lighting and decorative wallpaper give the interior a cozy, elegant feel.



The living area features a comfortable sofa, which can serve as an additional sleeping space or a relaxing space. Large windows provide ample natural light and lead to a private balcony furnished with a table and chairs – the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.



The modern kitchenette features matte green cabinets, gold handles, and a light countertop with an elegant pattern. The kitchenette is fully equipped – guests have access to a hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a full set of dishes and kitchen utensils. There is also a comfortable dining area with a round table and four chairs, perfect for communal meals and meetings. For your convenience, a welcome set of coffee, tea, and basic accompaniments is provided.



The bathroom is decorated in light, elegant tones, featuring large-format marble-finish tiles and gold faucets, lending the space a luxurious touch. Guests have access to a spacious walk-in shower, a toilet, and a functional sink with a large mirror. Hotel towels and a basic toiletries are provided, ensuring the highest level of comfort.



Guest Access:

A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additional paid sauna.



The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent

The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5 / hour, PLN 40 / day

The Neighborhood:

The Nadmotłwie c42 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.



Getting Around:

Our guests can count on the services of a private driver who, guaranteeing a comfortable ride, can deliver them from the airport or train station directly to the apartment. The proximity of the main attractions means that the use of public transport is not necessary. However, there is such a possibility if necessary. The tram stop is about 300 meters from the apartment. The bus stop is even closer. In many cases, however, a better solution is to use the Fast Urban Railway, the stop of which is a few hundred meters from the apartment.
