The Space:

In the living room there is a fold-out sofa and a TV. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a meal. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. Each of them has a large double bed. There was, of course, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.



The perfect place to drink your morning coffee or an evening drink will be two pleasant balconies.



Guest Access:

A pleasant, landscaped terrace has been created on the premises. A major advantage of the apartment block, apart from its location and attractive appearance, is the building’s communal area - comprising a free gym, a children’s playroom and a sauna (available for an additional charge).

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in a modern apartment building commissioned in 2023. It is located next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky observation wheel located right next to it, on Ołowianka Island. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you will find various restaurants, shops and service outlets. There is a pleasant, green terrace on the premises.
