"Excellent village pub with great staff and atmosphere that matches its surroundings and in keeping with good old inn values. The chef provides a great variety of flavors and quality dishes all served hot and on hot plates.
The stairs are somewhat challenging for the elderly and mobility impaired. I didn’t realize when booking that I could have requested a ground floor room. My bad - should have read the small print. Would definitely stay again if in the area."
"We have stayed here many times and it has never disappointed. It is well located near a bus stop where you can get the Coast Hopper bus service. Car park is big and rooms comfortable (Room 3). Breakfast staff are efficient and friendly and breakfast itself is satisfactory. Restaurant is pleasant. Layout of complex is charming and very welcoming. We will stay here again - I expect many times. Price is slightly higher than we like but all prices for all hotels in the UK seem to have jumped...

"Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights.
Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond.
Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too.
We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers.

"The room was very clean and comfortable, and the owners friendly and accommodating. The property was strategically located for our activities, including Sandringham, Houghton Hall and Gardens, and the Hunstanton through to Wells Next to the Sea area. It was convenient to our ancestral homes in Swaffham and Deopham. Went to the Samphire just over 1/2 mile down the road for a nice dinner. Picked up a few items at the shop across the street. Met some friendly couples at breakfast."
