Excelente entorno

Hemos pasado 4 días maravillosos en esta bonita casa y sus entornos. Merece la pena disfrutar de las vistas que la casa ofrece, así como de sus zonas exteriores. Buena ubicación para visitar los bonitos pueblos de la serranía de Ronda. Para repetir....

Localización única

Gaucín es uno de los pueblos más bonitos de la sierra y las vistas desde el castillo y desde la casa son impresionantes. La localización de la casa es muy buena tanto para moverse por el pueblo como para recorrer la zona. El interior de la casa es muy especial y se ecuentra en buen estado. La atención también fue muy buena y el presonal de servicio es muy amable. En definitiva, muy recomendable.

Everything about this stay was ideal! We stayed for 2 weeks and could've stayed forever. The house was beautifully decorated with an incredible view! We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen worked out pretty well for us. The owners could not have been more helpful before hand. They gave us extensive information about the area that was extremely useful. We hope to return!

Amazing property with spectacular views.Parking for one large vehicle or two smaller ones within the gated parking lot. The four of us stayed in four different bedrooms and found all beds were comfortable.Kitchen was well equipped and the house beautifully decorated. There is no A/C but nights were cool in October and we opened the windows. The only negative was that we could hear dogs barking at a distance in the middle of the night.Gaucin is a very pretty little town out of the very busy tourist area of the coast. We felt safe and the town has some very good restaurants. We would stay there again for sure.

This is a fabulous house with a view to die for. We never go to anywhere twice but have made an exception here. Mark is an incredibly helpful host and Esther, a very responsive house keeper. Gaucin is a perfect town with lovely restaurants and bars. We loved it. It sounds gushing but it really was that good!

Absolutely lovely week in a superb location!The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped … and who wouldn’t to cook and eat in a kitchen diner with that view!Gaucin is peaceful and beautiful village and we visited a couple of excellent restaurants. We enjoyed the location so much that we only ventured out of Gaucin twice! Would absolutely recommend!

Just returned from a wonderful relaxing holiday in this beautiful villa. We were charmed by the village of Gaucín and its fabulous range of bars and restaurants. The villa itself its outstanding with so many different areas in which to sit back and soak in the amazing views. Extremely well maintained and equipped, we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Our hosts Mark and Star were incredibly helpful and kind enough to invite us for drinks in their nearby property, also gorgeous!

Breathtaking views and pure escapism at Villa Djebel Musa

Villa Djebel Musa is a wonderful property and Mark could not have been more helpful with information about the property and Gaucin, prior to and during our stay. We would highly recommend this wonderful villa which offers total escapism and breathtaking views! A wonderful 5* stay.

Wonderful Getaway

We had a wonderful time at the house. It is a beautiful location and property. Really stunning and full of personality. Be aware, there are a lot of stairs in the property but we have that at our own home so our young girls weren’t phased and Mark had warned us when booking. Mark was a brilliant host and full of knowledge of the local birds. We have planned a return visit next year!

Lovely villa in beautiful area

We had a great week staying at the villa. The views are amazing and we had everything we needed for our holiday. I'd advise any guests with a large car to avoid driving through the village - you can park near the bus stop on the main road and it's less than a 10 min walk.

Breathtaking Great Owners

We loved Christmas 2024 in Gaucin at this lovely home. The property is just sublime, with views that take your breath away.Mark and Star, the owners, were incredibly helpful and thoughtful with their communication - which made our trip to Spain unforgettable. We highly recommend Maria, a personal chef, who is able to prepare special meals at this property.

Wonderful Location, Views & Property

Gorgeous Spanish style villa, beautifully decorated, very spacious, with a fabulous outdoor dining area and a terrace where you can enjoy the most breath-taking views of the countryside, Gibraltar and Morocco - they are truly stunning. Super pool area and well established gardens ensure you can find sun or shade. The kitchen is to benefit from a refresh this coming Oct/Nov. Helpful and perfect hosts and housekeeper, thank you Mark, Star and Esther for a wonderful, memorable stay.

An 80th Birthday Celebration

We were very happy to be staying in such a lovely location We all loved the village of Gauchin and the small supermarkets met all our requirements. We drove down to the coast twice to swim in the sea and enjoy the beaches and even got up early to catch a ferry to spend the day in Tangier. As for the house it lived up to all our expectations and the infinity pool was just lovely with lots of shade/sunny spots around the pool. The well stocked garden was a joy to walk around and was tended by a gardener.We would love to come back one day. Thank you Mark for being the perfect host.

Great Short Stay In Gaucin

Amazing property in a beautiful spanish mountain village. Both the owners and the property manager were extrmemly reliable. Our messages were answered promptly and any concerns were addressed. The pool and the gardens are stunning! The amount of effort that goes into the upkeep of this property is incredible. The only downside of the property really is the wifi. The wifi was really only available in the living room, kitchen and balcony adjacent to the dining area. Both bedrooms in the main house were dead zones and the Master bedroom was only a faint signal that kept cutting out. I realize there was a booster but I would highly recommend adding another or reconfiguring the wifi to expand the coverage. If you want to take your property experience next level I would explore options that allow lodgers to access it poolside. I had work emails to respond to and it would ha e been amazing if wifi available by the pool. The only other suggestion would be more lighting by the pool for ambiance. (Consider maybe investing in some solar lights) We added some to my folks backyard and it made all the difference. With all that said I would still rate the whole experience 4.75 / 5 ! If you want a relaxing experience with an amazing view this property does not disappoint!

Ruby Anniversary Family Holiday

Beautiful spanish property stylishly perched on the side of the hill to make the most of the stunning views down to the coast with Morocco beyond. Plenty of space for a group of family and or friends. Wonderful pool also taking advantage of the amazing views. Loved the village and local walks. Thanks Mark & Star
