"Absolutely Gorgeous Resort!!!! Staff was phenomenal! I don’t have one bad thing to say about this place!!! Incredible location & Easy drive to anywhere!!!! I will stay here AGAIN!!! Our owner we rented off of was an absolute GEM! Thank You Amy for giving us the opportunity to visit Tennessee in class & style!!! "This is a very clean, well-lit, wonderfully equipped place. We enjoyed our stay very much! I liked how well lit the parking lot was and how clean the property and 1BR unit were. The walls are slightly thin, could hear neighbors TV. The view is beautiful and amenities are wonderful.. Would definitely come back. "Easy"

"We were in town for a tournament at Rocky Top Sports Complex. Our first year attending this tournament, we followed the link on the tournament website and ended up at a less-than-stellar place that was near ober, so we had to drive through Gatlinburg crawling traffic, etc and it was hard to estimate our transit time, BUT once we found this place, it's just down the street from the complex, with a grocery store in between, AND it's a great place to stay, we will stay here every year. Thank you!"

"Cosy hide away from busy Gatlinburg. Very close to National Park. Heated pool/kiddie pool/sauna very close to unit."

"Beautiful, well maintained. Every staff person we dealt with was friendly and helpful to us. There were many options for activities on the property, but we didn’t participate as we had plans in the National Park and in Gatlinburg! My only complaint was difficulties in finding the right parking lot to get to our unit. There really aren’t many signs and in darkness it is even more confusing. We would stay here again in the future!!"

"We were upgraded to a stay at Great Smokies Lodge. We had a very nice room considering what we paid and enjoyed a lot of the amenities the resort had to offer. It was a bit further from Gatlinburg than we were planning on but we drove out and spent the day in Gatlinburg one day, and it wasn’t an awful drive. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!"

"The condo was perfect and clean. Check in process was a breeze and we had everything we needed. Love the location right in between the sports complex and the strip. We come every year for my son football tournament and hope to stay in this unit again!"

"The biggest problem was the front desk! Wasn’t given good direction to the unit! I thought the map that was given at check in had the unit number on it. Drove around and had to return to the front desk to get the unit number. Then on the last day,after being gone all day, the key pad didn’t let us in. Had to go to the office for new key cards! Was told that my reservation was on two reservations and that was why I couldn’t get in into the unit. The unit was clean and comfortable, but the booking...

"No association ever at the front desk, just kept a sign on the door to call their cell, never brought clean towels or toilet paper the whole time we stay and there were ants in the bathroom sink. No excuse as there wasn’t but no body staying there. "

"My wife and I just spent the weekend in unit 165 and it was just perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable and very clean. In all honesty, we only spent probably around 30 hours in the room from Thursday until Sunday. We were out and about the rest of the time. With that being said, it was everything that was described and very good communication with the property manager. We will be back."
