Great place, views, and very clean!! Thank you Chis and Lisa for coming through for me and my family!!! We booked another place that was an absolute robbery, and too disgusting to stay at so we started looking and found this place!! Thank God!! It saved our family vacation!!! You guys rock!! Save yourself a headache and disappointment and just stay here.........

What a beautiful home with some of the best views. Very good location that is close enough to everything to do in Gatlinburg while also far enough away to just relax. The game room has something for everyone. It was a very nice stay

The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook for our family. We had a 1 year old with us who loves to climb. We did bring gates for the steps however, they weren’t long enough. We did find that putting the coolers to the steps in the basement worked well as well as using one of the portable beds that is supplied to block the steps going upstairs worked perfectly. The cabin was very clean and the views were amazing! We did have some bears walk through in the evenings and even witnessed a bear dig up a beehive. This is a cabin our family plans to return to.

They’re was a cabin next door but we never saw or heard them, but they were there. Road to cabin was a challenge, but we’re from Indiana where the roads are straight and flat! The kitchen faucet was spray only and couldn’t be adjusted. The stairs up to the loft were a little hazardous and could use carpet or non slip pads. Cabin is beautiful and the view outstanding! Saw a baby bear in the driveway.

The cabin was amazing, views were spectacular! Highly recommend! The woodwork in the cabin is beautiful. The theater and game room are an excellent addition! Hot tub with great views and enough space for a family of five and a pup. We will be back!

Incredible Views

Beautiful cabin, incredible views. The road to get to the cabin is slow going, one lane with two way traffic. There are other houses around you, but we hardly noticed them, there were trees in between and it didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Everything was as advertised. The kitchen was very well stocked. We saw three black bears around the cabin. The pools were busy. We went to two of the pool and they got busy. Kids still enjoyed it.I would definitely recommend. I think it is best suited for age 10 age group.

We loved our time at Star Dancer. The cabin is beautiful. It is just outside of the craziness of Gatlinburg, but close enough to lots of different activities. My parents and in-laws traveled with our family of four, and it was amazing to have three separate master bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The cabin is well-equipped, and the games in the basement were a huge hit for our kids. The pools were great too. While the road up to the cabin is initially a bit scary, you very quickly get used to it. You’re able to see a ziplone off the deck, and our family went on the tour with Climb Works (located just at the base of the mountain)- it was amazing, and we would highly recommend! We saw at least four different bears throughout our week there, and three new ones approached when we were loading our cars to go home. They are very quiet and have no shame, so be on alert! We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this cabin to all of our family and friends.

The cabin is beautiful and communications with Chris and Sarah were great, before and after our stay. The cabin was very clean, spacious, and we loved having thermostats on all levels. There was plenty to do with all that was available in the cabin. We also saw more bears in one day than we’ve seen in a week at other cabins. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Great Views

Star Dancer is a beautiful and spacious cabin. We really enjoyed our stay and the Mountain View’s are spectacular. Chris’ attention to details were above our expectations. We were hoping to see bears around the cabin, but it wasn’t meant to be on this trip. I will definitely be returning to this cabin the next time I am going to the mountains! Thank you Chris for the hospitality!

Best time

My family had the best time. This was such a nice place to enjoy and relax. The place was clean and quiet with the most beautiful views. If we go back to Tennessee we will look into this place again!

Amazing cabin!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Star Dancer. We are already planning our next stay. The views were breathtaking. The zip line tours were hilarious to watch from the back porch. Bring binoculars. There were so many amenities in this cabin. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook just about anything you could want. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The three master bedrooms were equipped with their own bathrooms. The master bath is amazing! The other two bathrooms were perfectly placed for quick use by all! There are so many windows and light coming in! The game room was a huge hit. We loved the pool and air hockey and the added touch of the Bluetooth speakers. Our absolute favorites were the movie theatre and the hot tub. We also noted a lot of bear activity around the cabin during the day. We were out and about a good bit, but our last full day we hung around the cabin to rest and had a visit by two bears in the driveway around noon. They were absolutely adorable. One was a very large and docile bear and the other a skittish teenager. They moved away quickly while we tried to get photos. The cabin is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely return. I thought I would mention the cabin is very sturdy as well. There was a small earthquake that woke us up one morning, but there was no damage. We really enjoyed this cabin!

Mountain Top Cabin

The beauty of this cabin and scenery is difficult to desribe in words. This was our first family trip to the mountains and I can confidently state nothing will likely ever top this. The location is great, adjacent to town but a bit more isolated. First off the views are out of this world off the living room. We spent lots of time there enjoying every minute of it. It was nice to have the separation of the rooms which provided extra privacy with everyone having their own bathroom. The beds were all comfy which isn't alwaysthe case. . The gameroom was a blast, playing billiards and old arcade games. This was a huge plus for our family. The ride up to the mountain was a bit of a challenge at first but we were pros by day two. Chris and Sarah were great with communication and providing answers to any questions we had. They are invested more than most others that we have dealt with on VRBO in providing a great stay. I would definitely return to this cabin or one of their other properties. spending lots of time there and

Gorgeous views

Great property, clean, just as described, gorgeous views on multiple decks, hot tub was clean, driveway was very easy and spacious, bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the kitchen had everything we needed plus some! I’d stay here again anytime.

Christmas getaway

We were looking for a cabin with spectacular views with few neighbors for a Christmas getaway with our family. This cabin does not disappoint. Very spacious with plenty to do with the kids and nice area to take walks with our dog. Our dog is a working dog and goes everywhere with us and nice homes are hard to find when it comes to being dog friendly. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

Nice property on the mountain

The property was accurately depicted on website. Plenty of amenities. The view was beautiful. We were able to bring our fur baby which was wonderful. Owners provided detail instructions regarding the rental property. They also warned about ladybug issue prior to our check-in. Definitely had a ladybug outbreak during our stay. Hundreds of those little buggers every where which we had to vacuum daily. Negatives were minor - a dirty rag left by cleaning crew in kitchen that had dried and adhered to the counter. Kinda yucky and the front entrance was covered in leaves, debris and bugs which we swept to keep from tracking in cabin. Cabin is beautiful with exceptional Mountain Views. A good choice for a relaxing vacation.

Great place to stay

The property was very nice and fun, and worked perfectly for our group (3 retired couples). Road up to house was a bit scary but shouldn’t deter anyone (just go slow…lol). It would’ve been nice to have diswasher pods for each day of the stay even if that’s not the standard in that area. Other than that great time. I hope the Gatlinburg area is okay after the hurricane. 😞
