We have been to the Gatlinburg area for the past 3 years to attend a soccer tournament for our son. This house was our favorite. Host provided great instructions for parking. It is a very private home. Favorites include using the fireplace and grilling on the back deck many meals during our stay.

Soon as we arrived, the mountain was an issue. Wasn't made aware we needed 4 wheel drive if roads are wet. They were! We did get up there but 3 of us had to get in the back of the truck to ride.Next the floors weren't clean. No broom or mop. Refrigerator had mold around the door. No blankets on the beds. Just a comforter that would be folded down. Couches are very old and worn out same as chairs. Heat and air vent filter hadn't been changed in a very long time. Bottom step is very slippery, 2 of us fell due to it being slick. Both hurt! Coffee pot not working correctly. Porchs weren't clean. Hot Tub ,,Im not sure had been treated?? And the side has a hole. Stink bugs were laying everywhere dead. BIGGEST ISSUE, beds are so uncomfortable. Upstairs was so hard. Downstairs is memory form and has been slept on by someone for a long time, so you roll to the middle. Parking is more for one vehicle. The home has so much potential. Won't be back!

I guess I’m a little over the top when I go places because I used to clean houses for 25 years. Just a suggestion. Maybe once every 3 months get your cleaners to do a deep clean. Ceiling fans vents get down cobwebs. Very dusty. Then it’s easy to keep up just a regular clean. Pool table wasnt level that’s one reason I rented it because they love to play pool. It was a nice stay. I’m not being rude just a few suggestions. Thank you for letting us stay at your cabin

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! Location was perfectly situated in the mountains. BUT getting to the cabin was very challenging: you are literally going up the mountains-hairpin turns, sheer drop offs-very challenging terrain. We are from the Ozarks so mountains are no stranger to us BUT if you book here be prepared! 100% need a 4 wheel drive and something with lots of horsepower. Take the bears SERIOUSLY! First night we had one leave paw prints all over our car. Cabin is NOT small kid friendly-a very steep staircase just as you walk in-bring a very secure gate. If you dont have wee little kids and are up for a white knuckle, nerve wracking adventurous place to stay-this is the place for you!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Cabin was decorated beautifully for the Christmas season. Hot was very enjoyable and beds were comfy. My only suggestion is to please do a deep cleaning of cabinets and drawers as we did find mouse poop and do have pictures to prove. But was not to big of deal as we always wash all dishes before using and stored them on kitchen table to be used again. But please do a deep cleaning of cabinets and drawers. I get that it's winter season and these things happen but should be checked regularly to see conditions. Overall excellent stay just that minor complaint.

We had a great time. The cabin was beautiful and very family-friendly. We did have an incident with a wondering bear, it got in our car sometime in the night. Lol. But it was all ok. We will definitely come back. The roads however ARE a little tedious, but just take it slow and you will get there. The host Carey was amazing.

Cabin was great, views of mountains a little obstructed by new construction, however took a small walk out side and wow oh wow! What a view! We did see a bread out our back deck, super cool!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything at the cabin was as listed. Not much of a view due to new construction next door, but that was fine. We spent several days in the mountains. Only thing that was out of place so to speak was the ice maker. It never made any oce. But we had already bought a bag expecting to not have any our 1st night. Beautiful cabin and a great stay. I would hughly recommend and stay again.

Vrbo experience was great, communication with home owner was great, the listing was somewhat not accurate as the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom area was brown from what looked like a previous leak, ceiling tiles falling down, the toilet paper holder was broken, the pool stick ends were broken off, and no chalk to play pool with, also the downstairs bed was terrible to sleep on-the middle of the bed sunk and it gave us serious back aches every night. But besides those things the house was fine.

It was perfect for couple’s with rooms upstairs and downstairs. Very comfortable & clean. The only problem per say was the parking. It was not very user friendly especially if there were 2 cars! But other than that I give it a thumbs up!

The cabin was wonderful, clean, comfortable with an impressive view. The owner was incredibly attentive to our needs. She even instacarted a dvd player to the cabin with in hours of our conversation about the need. She answered all of our communications in a very timely manner. I will return and I will also recommend this cabin to my friends and family. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us.

Fun stay!

We enjoyed our time at the cabin! We had an issue with losing water on our first day, but Carey responded quickly! She had her contractor to the cabin ASAP and then someone to check the well. They had it fixed the same day. We appreciate the care to fix the issue and ensure we had a great stay!

Harmony Cabin

Our stay was just that-harmony. It’s been a rough season for our family the last few months and this was just what we needed. Close to things to do but a quiet getaway each evening.
