Perfect Location for a Getaway to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park

Our family absolutely loved this gorgeous property! Spotless and we loved all the decorations and the amazing TVS. Hot tub was a huge win too. Perfect for our teens to have some space of their own with their own rooms and bath. Justin was so easy to communicate with, a great host! Access to the national park is so close, my husband and I were able to sneak away for early morning hikes at the park alone. Feels like you are staying in the national park. My kids enjoyed the pool and tennis courts too. You need to drive there but it's not far at all from the place. This location is very close to downtown gatlinburg strip, which my teens loved for dinner options and Starbucks :) Our favorite hikes were Clingsman Dome Hike and trails around it, Andrew's Bald, Chimney Tops, Laurel Falls and Rainbow Falls. We ventured to Dollywood again because my kids love rides. This year we tried something new: Whitewater Rafting in the Smokies about 30 miles away. Very cool place and a lot of fun to be out on the river. This is not a deterrent but driving on those mountain roads is tight! You are high up in the beautiful mountains so be cautious. The view is worth it. Bears are around, listen to your host and lock your car doors! We saw one open our neighbors car. 10 out of 10.

Family Friendly

The stay was fun, literally on top of the world. The drive up to the house was definitely something that was not expected. Once you get to the house, it’s in a very nice setting. I would recommend this house for a family of 8-10, and you would still have room if needed. The owner was extremely nice and willing to communicate as needed. No negatives that I can think of.

Awesome-Excellent home and location

We loved this rental. The main living area is HUGE and so functional. So much room to spread out. Bedrooms are spacious. Deck is awesome. Views are spectacular. Only a few minutes to the National park (literally felt like it was in the neighborhood). The drive through the cliff side neighborhood is so cool. A few minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Saw lots of bears, pretty sure they visit everyday to check on the trash and see if they can get inside😉 Instacart delivers to the house, so it was a plus not to have to go grocery shopping. Two of the many trails we hiked stood out as a can’t be missed…Rainbow falls and grotto falls. Do not miss Roaring Fork Motor Nature trail. It is a skinny one way road that snakes through the mountains and cliffs and is absolutely gorgeous and just a few minutes away from the cabin. Something to skip…..Anakeesta. Don’t hesitate to book this home, it’s perfect.

Beautiful view

The house is located on a beautiful location and has an amazing interiors. We loved the hot tub which was facing the picturesque view. My kids enjoyed seeing the bears walk and thrive in the woods. I would definitely recommend this house.

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I stayed at this rental over a trip to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary in Oct of 2022. The hot-tub overlooking the fall colored mountains was gorgeous! I cannot say enough about this view, it was exactly what we wanted. It was also the perfect location, a super quick drive to downtown Gatlinburg and very close to the national parks for hiking. It was also very clean and nicely decorated. We definitely recommend this rental!

Fantastic house in a super location!

The house has everything you could want for a vacation in Gatlinburg. Hot tub was great, view was super, it has plenty of space & overall a really nice house. Justin was very easy to communicate with & the check-in/check-out was smooth. I’d highly recommend this house to anyone looking for an all-around great experience.

Gatlinburg Chalet

It was great for our family. We each had our own space and bathroom. We also had small children, and they had high chair and open area for kids to play in living room while we played ping pong. It was so close to Gatlinburg and we enjoyed our beautiful view

Long weekend getaway.

The place is as advertised. Open area on main floor with plenty of room. Excellent view & kitchen. Very modern. Did see bears several times. Are small issues were: shower drain was clogged in one bathroom and when we told manager he responded quickly. Several light bulbs were burned out. One remote for tv was not working, so fixed that ourself. One tv in bedroom was missing roku stick & the tv doesn’t work without it. No tv in that bedroom for 4 days. Manager was told but did not address that issue at all with us. That was the only thing we were very disappointed about. Parking is tight & limited due to sharing with another property. Could use trash clean up around base of home. House was very nice, but could use a little more detailed attention to home and yard.

Amazing house in excellent location

This house was perfect for our trip. The layout is great for relaxing while having family fun. There is enough space for kiddos and separate families to have their own space. The ping ping table provided hours of entertainment. Owners have supplied so many items including high chair, fire sticks, great kitchen supplies, board games and some kids toys. We are already planning our next getaway.

Family vacation

The property is exactly like on the picture. Beautiful surroundings and really quick drive to downtown and restaurants. We really enjoyed the outside hot tub especially after a long day of walking.

Family fun

Had a great time! Would rent again. Very clean and orderly. Plenty of blankets and pillows to go around. We wish there were more hooks for clothes in the closets and especially for towels too. We ended up “donating” a cutting board because we couldn’t find one. Highly recommend ordering groceries for delivery from instacart from Publix.

Wonderful stay!

The check in process was easy. The home was exactly what our 3 families were looking for. Our beds were very comfortable and clean. The location was ideal for our plans in Cades cove and Laurel falls. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are nearby.

Highly Recommend!!

Loved our fall getaway at this beautifully appointed home! Very clean place seamless check-in process and extremely helpful/responsive host. Amazing sunrise views to wake up to every day, and lots of space for my family and small kids to play inside when we were not out enjoying the mountains. We were very happy with the location, easy to get into Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge when needed, but great for avoiding the crowds. We can't wait to return!
