  • Relax with the convenience of a gas log fire on the main level, or play a game of pool in front of a wood burning fireplace on the lower level. With 4 private bedrooms on 3 levels and full baths on the main and lower level with a half bath in the loft, families have plenty of room to spread out. There is spacious parking for at least 4 cars without a steep driveway. Large deck with hot tub and winter views. Leave the sizzle of summer while enjoying shady mountain breezes with occasional sightings of bears. Ideal for adult retreats.


    Guest Services at Chalet Village Owners Club: All guests have the use of facilities at the Chalet Village Owners Clubs. The South Club is located less than a mile from Bear Haven. The North Club is located about 1 1/2 miles from Bear Haven. The clubs have outdoor swimming pools, which are open in season which is roughly Memorial Day to Labor Day. There are also game rooms and tennis courts.

This cabin was perfect, our group of 8 had plenty of room and it was well stocked and prepared for us! The location is perfect to downtown and to hikes. Many bear sightings this trip!!! Would stay here again for sure!

The cabin is a bit older, and it shows. With the said, it was a great place for the money and I’d highly recommend it. The cabin layout was great, and it was a very easy drive into Gatlinburg and the park. Would definitely stay there again. We had at least 15 bear sightings in the four days we were there.

The location was great and inside of the cabin was excellent, clean and comfortable. The owner was kind and responsive. The exterior leaves a lot to be desired due to the rough and uneven shape of the deck.

This cabin wa in an excellent location. There are some minor things that need updating and fixing like small hand rail going up outside stairs. And some warn furniture and the deck chairs for the table were not good And WiFi could def get better we had very little service with that being said we did not need it to often we only turned on the TV. 1 time we spent our time at the cabin on the deck counting the bears we saw and just enjoying being around the trees if you can look past these few things you will enjoy you time.

Everything was so perfect. It was clean and very family friendly. Our whole family including the kids really enjoyed the stay. They had provided with every basic needs wether it be for restrooms or kitchen or laundry. Everything was available and the best part was they had so many towels so we didnt have to repeat any towels. Loved the hot tub experience. Kids really enjoyed this place. Definitely would recommend to everyone who wants to stay here.

Upstairs a/c was not working well but it was cool enough outside. Dishes were not cleaned from last stay? Gross! Outdated. Great location tho.Decks need cleaning.

Cozy Mountain Cabin

Great little Cabin, we loved sitting in front of the fire at night and having the second living space for the kids. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a Smoky Mountain vacation.

The cabin offered plenty of space with 4 queen or king sized bedrooms and 2 living areas with tvs. Kitchen was small but well stocked with items needed for cooking a variety of meals. Decor was pleasing, with interesting bear themed items and local pottery and handmade wood items. We enjoyed the local bear family's daily visits. Host was responsive to a minor problem with the dishwasher.

GREAT WEEKEND GETAWAY

This is a beautiful, clean, and spacious cabin. We had 4 couples that stayed in this cabin and we had plenty of room. We would definitely stay in this cabin again. We had a great time at the cabin!

First Time at Gatlinburg

We had a fantastic time. Saw a few bears. Community pool was clean and a nice break from hiking/sightseeing.

Parents 55th Wedding Anniversary

This is a great Cabin. Perfect distance from main strip in Gatlinburg as well as hiking spots. Perfect size for our family. The property owner was very detailed in directions and with tips for food and things to do. Will absolutely stay here again :-)
